CPI is the worst service in the world, They are not on top of things when it come alarms going off, then they lock you out of you account, and think they are still going to collect your money from your account, They forgot to have me sign a contract They harassed me for months I still refused to sign a contract, the harassment continue, So I closed my account and they lost me as a customer for life, if I could give them O I would they are the worst,Go somewhere else to get service, not this place. It’s terrible, crooks ,everywhere in this business They Suck!!!!! A bunch of crooks!!!!!

It began and ended with 5 stars. Kelly was excellent in helping me with the initial sales call. The installation went well and the Tech explained the panel and all that he did. I've had no trouble using my system and its performing as described.

CPI is the worst service ever. I can’t use my front door at all because of the keypad issue. When having issue with their product they push paying for a service and not how to fix the product. Security systems are to protect homes & those in them, but soon as you don’t pay for a service (for them to store videos) the product doesn’t work and they act as if the product you received from them is no longer their problem.
I suggest you think twice about going with this product. If you can’t self service it then it’s worthless.

After 14 years of loyal membership and not being under contract, I was jerked around on discontinuation of service. Thought they were better.

CPI sales rep misrepresented their service and terms. He told us we were signing a 3 year agreement and now they tell us it was for 5 years. I have had them for 2 years and their service is constantly failing. Especially door camera. I am handicapped and depend in door for lots of things. Bottom line it is always failing. They want to fee you to death and when you want to leave they threaten you with the contract. It’s really a horrible experience with them and their customer service. You cannot depend on them to secure your property. Equipment fails so often.

WOW! This is hands down the best customer experience I've received from a vendor of my home. Michelle was patient, kind, had a willingness to coach and educate me through the whole process and delivered on all that I ask. It is something that we had for years, also would recommend it. Great sound and great pictures. Today someone rang my doorbell and I don’t open my doors . Gave me a great picture of who was at my door. How I wishes I could see it on the panel as well. Just something to think about adding CPI 9/20/2025
