As with all the other people on here (I wish I'd read their reviews before ordering) I would give zero stars. After waiting 3 weeks for the Merrell sandals I was very disappointed to say the least. They are cheap and nasty and definitely not Merrell. They should be reported to trading standards for copyright fraud.

I was not aware of these people if I was I would never have dealt with them. First they took more money than authorised from my PayPal. Then denied it. Then offered to refund the difference. I cancelled the order, just 8 hours after placing on-line, they said shipped. They cannot provide any shipping evidence, whoever ships goods without proof!!
They have totally refused to refund. They just keep sending same message see below
All of the above is my own experience of them.

Goods finally arrived and all sent wrong sizes. I contacted their customer services straight away, never had any response what a waste of money. Lesson learnt

Total and complete rip off! Advertised on Facebook, showing a Merrill sandal! Stupidly, I was taken in and ordered a pair; I realised my mistake and tried to cancel in less than an hour of ordering and they refused to cancel. It is not a UK based company; after 3 weeks the sandals arrived - total rubbish, no leather just a cheap, badly made, Chinese copy. I am now battling to return them and get a refund.

Ordered 2 PAIR of shoes. Very low quality, I'll fitting plastic, canvas(?), SMELLED terrible. Couldn't get an address to return shoes or a refund. Just an email from customerservice01 with the same questions repeated. This company is just out for cash with no communication after they get it! SCAM

Received my order, but shoes are too big, dress too small! They will not let me have exchange or refund although on their website it says to inform them if items are not right!

Cream unicorn have much to learn about customer Services- they offer discounts but don’t apply them then stonewall you and say - can’t do anything order on its way - tough but you’ll like the goods!!
Still waiting for item but don’t hold out much enthusiasm for what will or might arrive.

Should be nil stars. Do not buy from this company. Ordered 2 different styles of sandals, both size 7.5 on 2.7.21. They arrived 22.7.21. One pair miles too small. The other completely different from that advertised on website. Thankfully I took photographs of the shoes, packaging and size labels. Took photos of the small pair next to my own size 7.5 trainers for comparison. Took screen shots off website. Interestingly, there's a video clip of the one pair of sandals on the website that clearly shows the logo 'Collection Clarks; on the inside of the shoe. I managed to take a still shot of this logo too. I did all this before emailing the company in case they altered their website. Several emails later after requesting refund and being declined, I submitted a dispute claim with paypal this morning. Ludicrously, creamunicorn haven't altered their website advertising so the descriptions are still there. Hopefully this may result in a breach of trading descriptions, although it's NOT a uk company! I suspect Chinese working fakes from USA. I await events.

Absolutely do not order from this company. I always read reviews but this time I didn’t ☹️ I have asked for a refund and they said that they don’t do refunds. I have 2 pairs of PLASTIC flip flops that cost £38 and I doubt I will be able to give them away as they are such poor quality. Firms like this should be fined and stopped from selling sub standard items 😡😡

SCAM SITE!!! Not a UK website, ships from China. Counterfeit shoes which are not the ones pictured. £17 to return tracked to China so got PayPal involved before I sent them back and they refunded my money. If you have brought from then use PayPal dispute resolution centre or contact the card issuer to do a chargeback.

Orthopaedic? - I don't think so. Ordered these so called orthopaedic sandals (as others have done) according to their size guide. Sandals are too small and tight. They refuse to refund. Just a very cheap plastic sandal. Product has a co.uk domain but they come from the States. Very annoyed; never been caught like this before and it leaves a nasty taste. Don't be fooled and don't buy from them. Can't give less than 1 star but would if I could.

Very poor. Do not buy these shoes/sandals. Total plastic and worth about 5 euro. Pure rubbish. They refuse to exchange them. Will never buy from them again. TOTAL RUBBISH. DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENT.

I bought the 'orthopedic' sandals which are, as all the other reviews report, just cheap dimestore imitations of the photos. They are NOT orthopedic, in fact they are worth about 2 Euros - pure rubbish, for the bin.
Again, only offered 5 Euros refund, then ignore you. Shocking that they are allowed to keep advertising when this is clearly FALSE ADVERTISING.

Product took a long time to deliver - not from UK - and it didn't fit so requested a refund and was refused. Do not order from this website as they won't refund if wrong size. I sent photos and order details to no avail. This is a scam and a cheap product. BEWARE.

I purchased some sandals online from this company recently. On receipt I found that they were not as illustrated on their website, also they were too big. I contacted them via email as I wasn’t happy with the quality and size and said they were unwearable. I duly sent photos as proof. Their return policy states that if you are unhappy they would either exchange or refund. They replied offering me a 3GBP compensation as they said it would be too expensive for ME to return them to China. I have emailed them several times also quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015 stating that the goods they sell should be fit for purpose, but they’re not. They have ignored me. Beware, this company is not English, steer clear of them. I have been conned like many other people.

Do not use this company. Even though it is a uk email address, it is not a Uk company. It’s a total shambles and scam to get money

They claim that the sandals are orthopaedic they are not just cheap rubbish .
I think they pass your credit card details on to a IT company I had a amount taken out in euros. I was lucky because I noticed it straight away and phoned my bank.
I ordered one pink pair and one white pair got two pink
Really poor quality.

After ordering a size 6 shoe, they sent a size 7 then told me I had ordered them. I'd taken a screenshot of the order page & showed them to prove I'd ordered correctly. They then ignored any messages from me. Nearly £30 down. Total scammers!

I ordered three pairs of footwear size uk 4 (37)
When they eventually arrived after waiting a month, they had sent me two pairs size 39 and the other a 36 . I sent them an email explaining that my order was incorrect and the reply I got back was ;quote If you got size 36 and 39 then you got the correct size.
I replied saying that I ordered all three pairs in the same size.
They then asked me, did I order according to their size chart.
I really don't know exactly where these items of footwear came from! US,China,Japan ?
I certainly won't be purchasing anything from them again and I suggest nobody else does.

Got sandles a MONTH later, ordered UK 5........got their 39 which is far too big. Will not exchange nor refund.
