They don't abide to the regularotory authority. They claim your goods will be delivered in 5 days and they never deliver your item/s. Denying your refund for a lost item. Their support are the least helpful and do not seem to understand English.

WARNING! My bank card details normally come up automatically on my iPad when I’m ready to pay. I have fingerprint authentification. This time they didn’t, so I googled this company. So glad I didn’t order and pay for the sandals! Scam!

Scam. Steer clear.
Do not trust any company that does not state its return address openly. I have been victim to this. You receive sub-standard products that look nothing like the ad (all the positive reviews are fake) and when you are eventually given the return address, it's in China or Hong Kong and will cost you around £20-30 to post your item back - which is non-refundable. You are also not guaranteed a refund on the item.
It's a scam. Steer clear.
