Fantabulous service provided by D-mac, where the service is provided beyond the expectation and seriously loved it the way he explained me the problem in details, which will help you to understand the issue.
Disappointing
D-mac started off really great when we had our boiler installed. However, recently they have completely ignored my requests for the warranty details for the boiler and proof of the ssrvice they carried out last year as they didn't complete my service book. I now need to potentially make a claim on the warranty with no details as they kept them when I had the boiler installed despite me asking for them. It's very likely the warranty will be void as I can't prove it's been serviced each year since it was installed. Very poor service from what was once a very reliable, responsive company.

Under his other business bath + heat We have written several letters to this firm with little response. We agreed a contract where 50 percent of the cost was interest free, and paid a deposit for the other half. They then said the interest free loan had lapsed within 8 months and now refuse to reimburse our deposit despite several polite letters ..we are now about to go to Sheriff court to try to get money back as they do not respond to any correspondence...please consider this before you sign up.

I was very impressed with the speed at which an engineer was able to attend my property. On arrival the engineer introduced himself & was very mindful of Covid regulations. Unable to complete the work on the 1st visit the engineer explained fully the reasons why a 2nd visit would be necessary and talked me through the work that had been carried out up to that point and what to expect on the follow up visit.
On both occasions, the engineer worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company/use in the future.

Came to fix a leaky toilet still got the leak…
Came to fix a leaky toilet within a week toilet leaking again wanted to charge call out twice didn't listen to anything that was sent to them, the two different individuals that came out were both young and perhaps very experienced, company charge £80 call out fee but not worth it at all for the work they provide two months later still waiting on some feedback have gone with a local reliable individual to fix their mess, was not going to leave negative feedback as I know companies rely on these things but they have had the opportunity to come back to me and haven't!

Derek, David and the team are fantastic, I have and am still having ongoing issues with my boiler and plumbing, they turn up on time, keep me up to date and Andy is so professional and reassuring, don’t hesitate to use DMac they are top notch!

Had 3 new radiators installed had problems after installation but were quickly fixed .Radiators have never felt so hot well pleased
Fast service
Signed up to D-MAC Services in the morning for central heating maintenance and they were out that same morning for an initial inspection engineer was very polite and carried out the inspection quickly and professionally.
D-MAC started off really well
D-MAC started off really well. Where quick to attend my property. Issues where resolved however you should watch out for their charging structure. £80 for the first hour plus parts.
Charged me £40 for a shower fitting kit that can be purchased in screwfix for £9.99
they then claim they where here for longer than an hour to anything after 60 mins is charged at £50 ( even 5 mins )
the job should have been completed inside an hours no problem. delaying to charge the customer more has left me out of pocket. Would never ever use again.

Satisfied customers …
We used Bath + Heat Gallery after looking at a couple of other companies. We felt that they offered much better value for money and we wanted the convenience of having one company doing the job from start to finish. From the beginning, we felt that they were interested in having satisfied customers and nothing was too much trouble. The designer chose our sink unit, tiles and shower, based on our taste, which was helpful. The installation went ahead as scheduled and every stage of it was well coordinated. The guys turned up on time, every day, and worked solidly to complete the job. It involved removing a partition wall, full tiling, installation of the suite including shower, a ceiling and all the associated work. Despite it being a big job, the guys were tidy and respectful of our house. They were friendly and wanted to do a good job for us. David checked in several times to oversee the progress and this provided extra reassurance. We are delighted with our new en suite; it’s bright and well designed. We will be using this company in future when we redo our main bathroom and WC.
Recommended for both domestic and commercial projects
We use D-Mac for both domestic and commercial projects. We always receive excellent service. The team in the office co-ordinate everything we need and keep us informed, making use of reminders and notifications when engineers are en-route. David has been assisting with our latest requests and has, as always, been excellent.
Andy and Brad were brilliant. We had some new radiators installed as well as replacing some existing valves. Both were polite and professional. They arrived as agreed and did a fantastic job. They tidied up before leaving, too.

Emergency Flood
Had an emergency and had to call D-MAC as the previous plumber left water pouring through the ceiling - Excellent service after calling David in the office, Plumber arrived within the hour and replaced leaking pipework in under an hour. No water escape and my wife who was very upset appreciates all the help. Thank David and everyone at D-MAC.
