Reliable and Provide Excellent Service
Since they installed our new boiler four years ago we have had a service plan with D-MAC. and have always been pleased with the annual service provided. Today was no exception. I would have no hesitation recommending this company as they are reliable and provide excellent service.
D-MAC service
Have used D-MAC for years .They have fitted the heating systems in my last 2 homes . I have a maintenance with plan with D-MAC and the guys are great . I get a reminder when my service is due and they message prior to arrival. Would definitely recommend D-MAC
Poor Service
First year with them had no issues! This year is different!
Initially it would seem they are very interested in helping you but if its not straight forward their contact and customer service drops significantly.
Over 10 days we only had heating and hot water for 22hrs (over the recent snow/cold spell). Their response to this "not a lot I can do about that"
I understand they have to work through the faults being shown and it takes time for parts to be delivered/ordered. They did replace 3 parts but the last visit left us on a Friday night 6pm saying it was unfixable. Again with no heating or hot water.
The next day we contacted someone recommended by a friend, explained what we had been told by D-Mac, he offered to visit which he did and had us up and running within the hour.
Heard nothing from D-Mac till the Tuesday, apparently our job had been marked as complete accidentally on the engineers laptop. They explained that having replaced 3 parts on our boiler it was unfixable and we needed a new one.
They couldn't answer why a vital part was found on the floor (which our new engineer fitted and had us up and running) They said this would need investigated and they would get back to us. Two days later I received a text 24th Feb) saying their phone lines had been down and they were still to speak to the engineer but would be in touch but have heard nothing since.
Their overall contact has been pretty poor, not keeping in touch as I would expected. Their lack of attention to detail when placing parts and checking the boiler could have saved us having to fork out money for someone else to fix their mistakes.

I cannot rate D-Mac highly enough from initially speaking to David on the phone and having Andy and Nathan out to install my new boiler they couldn't do enough to help. Andy left my house tidier than when he arrived. If you need a new boiler do not hesitate to use this company. Thanks again guys if I could give 10 stars I would. Will definitely be using them again.

D-MAC provide a very efficient and knowledgable service - whether that may be arranging a cover plan or an annual service or repair. They have always been very helpful - bending over backwards to accommodate a request I had at one point.
Recent annual boiler service was problem free, even though my initial appointment had to be changed by D-MAC. The engineer was in and out quickly, in a COVID safe way - which was very much appreciated.
Very happy to recommend D-MAC to anyone considering using their services.

Great service! I called up with a boiler problem, the guy I spoke with was really helpful and made me an appointment. The engineer arrived on time and was very thorough. He told us what the problem was and what he had done to fix it. I would definitely recommend the boiler cover service, ours has just paid for itself with one visit!

Got a text just before he came so always a good gesture. Engineer had face coving on so good too. Explained what he did and went through it so overall good with service.

had no hot water for 2 days, called D-Mac and they sent an engineer round to check it out. Very polite engineer, kept me updated, had to order a part for it. Part came couple of days later different engineer came through the mad snow , although the job was a bit tricky he got it fully sorted on his visit. So helpful and polite, kept me informed through the period. Would definitely recommend.
Prompt service and good value for money
I received a service from D-MAC within a week of requesting one as part of my new service plan. The engineer arrived on time and finished the service within the expected time. Their service plan is cheaper than my previous provider, even though D-MAC require no excess payment on work being carried out.
Highly recommended.
Fantastic end result
D-Mac have just completed the refurbishment of my downstairs cloakroom. From start to finish the company took me through the whole process, explained all costs and upheld their promises. The install team were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use D-Mac again

Engineer arrived on time. Quickly completed the task. Was a very cold and windy day and job was outside so maybe why he didn't cleanup after himself. Not too big a deal but if you require them to cleanup then maybe just mention it. Will use them again.
