First time using D-Mac and would recommend them to anyone!

First time using D-Mac and would definitely do it again. Got a text to say he was on the way and he was there 10 mins later. The plumber wore a mask and was very professional. He told us what he was going to do and asked if we were ok with it. He fitted the outside mixer tap cleaned up and showed us what he had done. Very impressed would definitely use them again.

Receiver and Thermostat replacement.

Was notified by text Liam was en route with an estimated arrival time. Liam arrived replaced the receiver beside the boiler and explained how to use the new RC thermostat.
Job done quick and efficient.

Great company highly recommend

The company kept me upto date on everything from time guy was to.
come txt emailed the day before to confirm time etc the guy was very polite explained all that was to be done tidied everywhere up we will definitely use them again I would highly recommend

We used D-MAC as we trust them and…

We used D-MAC as we trust them and again the have exceeded our expectations. We needed an report carried out regarding our recent installation of our bathroom from insurances work carried out. Andy text to let me know he was on route then phoned to let me know he was here which gave us time to settle our son plus find the cat before she ran out the back door! Andy came round the side like I had asked and politely introduced himself. He then went through the reason for the call and proceeded to take notes and pictures. Andy informed us of likely issues and then went up bathroom and continued the report. While doing all this he noticed that our towel rail was not really hot and bled them for.us and filled the boiler up. He even kept our son entertained who was being nosey. Andy was extreamly efficient and helpful and left every tidy and how it was. For this I will continue to use D -MAC and promote them.

Brill service

Brill service. Called on Friday as leak in ceiling. Plumber came on Monday. Got given a time slot then a text from the plumber and he was in and out and fixed the job in less than 20 mins!! Invoice sent that evening. Brilliant streamlined service. The lady in the office was great as well. Thank you again!

Boiler installation- great service!

Very straightforward to organise our boiler replacement, and both Andy and Colin were great on-site and very knowledgable. Efficient work with the boiler install and very happy with the result!
