Had a new combi boiler fitted and installed by DMac. The guys were so professional and courteous and I am so happy with my new boiler.

I would not hesitate in recommending them, in fact I already have.

Well done DMac a fantastic company.

Great service

The D-MAC team are always prompt and courteous and do a great job. So glad I switched my boiler cover from one of the "Big 6" energy suppliers to them. D-MAC cover does exactly what it says it does, no tricky small print to trip you up.

Professional service

I have used D-Mac services twice both times were emergency’s ,mains water leak from stopcock and boiler breakdown.
After a phone call they were on site within the hour and didn’t leave until job completed the workmen were very friendly and professional 10/10 thanks

2nd Review - Excellent Customer Service

This my 2nd review in the same week! Our boiler broke down 3 times last week, we had arranged a new boiler installation with D-MAC for 2 weeks time but when then 3rd breakdown happened they pulled out all the stops and got us an emergency installation for Saturday. Both engineers were very friendly & helpful and did a great job, excellent customer service all round!

On time, courteous and highly recommended

Found these guys searching through social media. Very pleasant on the phone and communication through chat an email was speedy and courteous. Engineer arrived on time, first thing this morning. Face mask worn at all times and boiler service done with verbal feedback provided.
Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Happy customer

Couldnt fault dmac ! Managed to squeeze us in a few days earlier due to our boiler completely breaking. They were quick, reliable and very tidy. Would recommend to anyone. ! We are so happy with the work that was carried out and very grateful for them fitting us in earlier.

Avoid, Avoid and Avoid

If you want a satisfaction report fraudulently signed on your behalf, these are the crooks for you.
This so called company started a bathroom installation on the 13th of October 2020, as of today Jan 7 21 still not completed and I am now being ignored by this company despite them receiving payment for a job that isn't finished.
I didn't agree that the bathroom was finished, but that was taken out my hands when they fraudulently signed the satisfaction report in my name on the 20th October.
I am now left with no choice apart from trying to seek redress through the legal system and Police Scotland.
I now know I'm not the only person that has been cheated by this company, so if you want to be ripped off and ignored, I couldn't recommend anyone better for that task.
If you have any sense leave well alone and if anyone from Dbag services Scotland has an issue with the truth you know where to find me, it's the same place that has has an 8 grand bathroom that isn't finished yet.
Have a look at the reviews on here, they've all been invited to leave a review. Just to make sure I am identifying the correct company it is Dmac services (Scotland).
Thank you for the reply was it also assumed that committing fraud was ok? After this was brought to your attention what action did you take?
I haven't even had an apology, just a useless reply full of lies.
The leak was not fixed in 24hrs I phoned before Christmas to let you know about the leak(kirsten), this was ignored until David from your office got it resolved in 24hrs ,this was in January.
It is now the first of February and I still have a leak and there is quite a few things missing from the original quote.
I am aware there is a lock down on but I was supposed to be called on the Monday after the leak was nearly fixed to discuss actually getting my bathroom finished, but that was 3weeks ago, so glad I wasn't holding my breath on you getting back to me

Sorry to hear your frustrations, I have however spoken to the team about this and unfortunately as you know they were under the impression your job had been complete as the senior installer who unfortunately is no longer with the company had made several arrangments to visit your property and complete the last of your project but unfortunately could not make them.
As soon as the team were aware you still had a couple of things outstanding ie unit door and bath panel left to be installed they did make arrangement asap to have someone attend, also again when you reported a small leak at the basin someone was in attendance within 24 hours.
Your project was 95% complete with only a unit door and bath pannel to be fitted and unfortunately, it was thought to be 100% complete, by no means are you being ignored and if you have any issues there are plenty staff on hand to deal with your enquiry in the call centre.

A combination of all the stress and restrictions of covid and our senior installer suddenly having to take time of work caused a lot of confusion regarding the completion of your project and we can only apologise for the inconvenience, we are still here for you and if you require us in the future as we don't disappear after completion of works.

Again apologies for any inconvenience.

Excellent Customer Service

We recently had an issue with our boiler. I called D-MAC and spoke with Sharon, who was polite and extremely helpful. She provided exceptional customer service and arranged for an engineer to pay us a visit within 24 hours. Colin arrived at 8am and carried out the work in freezing weather conditions. Keep up the great work guys..👍🏼

For start to finish there were no…

For start to finish there were no issues, we required a very quick turnaround for our boiler replacement and this deadline was met with the minimum of fuss. The installation guys came at the times advised and were courteous and efficient when carrying out the install. absolutely no complaints and i would have no hesitation in recommending D-MAC Services to others.

Thank you for your great service

Thank you for your great service at this time of the year, the engineer couldn't have been anymore helpful and he fixed our boiler with in 10mins. Merry Christmas and i will be telling my family and friends about the fantastic service we have received.

Sharon from costumer services was so helpful today, she took the time to explain stuff over the phone and even though the company was running with skeleton staff she manage to get someone out to check my boiler, Liam who came out to check the boiler was very helpful.
