Annual service, usual excellent service, engineer confirmed appointment and supplied tracking app, which traced his position and estimated arrival time , arrived right on time and carried out service and overhauled pressure vessel at same time. Came in through utility room and into garage with no need to come into house.

If we would have had issues, this installation problem could have voided our warranty. Please note though that dmac didn’t install our system, they jus5 do the yearly checks on it. Nonetheless, this should have been highlighted during the inspection process.

The engineer came when he said he would, and did a vey thorough and quick service of our boiler. We’ve been using D-Mac for a while now and have always been very pleased with the service and quality of work. They are very reasonable too, can’t see us going with anyone else now.

Two no shows and rude
After a prompt and professional boiler installation DMAC seemed the obvious choice when it required an annual service.
Unfortunately one of their engineers can't tell the time and the other one can't take time to confirm my address.
After taking time off work for the service appointment between 2-5pm, I received a call from the engineer at 17:40 informing me he wasn't going to make it and the office would contact me "first thing tomorrow".
After 11am it was obvious that the office weren't going to contact me so I phoned them and rescheduled, having to take another half day off work from 8-11am appointment.
At 08:34 I received an email response saying DMAC tried to call and I wasn't in. There was no chap on my door and no one on the CCTV at my door so I phoned telling them I'm home, and acertained that the engineer had went to my neighbours home by mistake.
No problem just have him come round next door, I said but was told as he's en-route to his next job.
Third time it was serviced ok, although the engineer didn't reset the annual service clock on the boiler.
I have since received the invoice for £85 which I have no problem paying, however my lost earnings they have caused far exceeds this and they had said they would get their management team to deduct as a goodwill gesture on their behalf for messing me about. They haven't done so as of yet and have sent reminders for the full amount.
When I contacted them today I spoke to the most rude and obnoxious person, I would definitely not recommended them to anyone and poor service prompted me to leave this review.

Another repair boiler still broken no hot water just heating broken motor now no pressure gauge couldni write it waiting on the nice reply or curtosy phone call that will no happen no bad after 9 repairs no mention of compensation bad service would not recommend
