Super efficient boiler service
Whole process of annual boiler service was efficient and easy. They called to make the appointment and the engineer arrived at the appointed time. The engineer was friendly and did the service without making any mess. Communication throughout was excellent and I even got a reminder the day before. I was very happy with the service.
D-Mac has gone above and beyond tackling a botched bathroom installed by a rogue company, updating my shower, installing a new radiator and fixing an airlock. Easy to reach and always keen to help.

The engineer called earlier than expected but contacted us first, which was not a problem. Indeed, it was most welcome as his early arrival/departure enabled us to get on with the rest of our day.
The young engineer was pleasant and amiable. He gave a full verbal report on the conclusion of his work, which was reassuring. Thank you for a well done job.

Very easy company to deal with. Called yesterday for boiler repair and came out today to fix it. Found the problem very quickly and fixed it no problem. Also easy to pay for repair online. Would definitely use again.

Really friendly reliable service. This is the second time I’ve used D-Mac and the second time I’ve been impressed. Engineer showed up on time, showed ID, made sure he kept to social distancing guidelines, completed the job quickly, gave me some good advice and left everything nice and tidy. The guy who came to service my boiler was good but then I noticed he left a pipe unattached apart from that no complaints except he also didn’t have the right tool to take off the magnetic cleaner lid

Excellent service in identifying suitable replacement radiator but some problems with fitting which were eventually overcome. Still assessing the finished article.

I had trouble with the control panel for the boiler.
I called Derek and he had a heating engineer at my home within ten minutes .
The heating engineer was first class and it was only his second day working for the company.
I got a new control panel fitted and the heating engineer, I think that his name was Calum ,took the time to set the heating times and showed me what to do.

Leak Under Kitchen Sink - Speedy Fix
On discovering a leak under my kitchen sink I contacted D-MAC. The response and service I received was excellent. My call was handled quickly and sympathetically. A plumber arrived and problem was fixed within a couple of hours. Friendly, speedy and efficient. Top notch company.p
