Friendly receptionists and dentist gave confidence
No need for tooth to be removed.
Nothing really could be done for me, but I left the surgery very confident again.
Andres explained everything to me and took my worries away.
Hove branch hygienist appointment
Visited the Hove branch yesterday, for a hygienist appointment with Imran for the first time. He was very friendly and took particular care to ensure I was comfortable during the procedure and knew how to alert him if I was in pain. He was very thorough and I would happily see him again.
A wonderful experience because of the kindness at Reception and the pleasant nature of Davina.
Although I had to wait for 29 minutes after my booked appointment time, I did not mind this when it was explained to me that a child had an emergency situation causing the delay.
I must congratulate Davina - on loan from the military at Tidworth Garrison who was absolutely excellent! She displayed a most caring attitude and was very thorough in her examination. So very pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. Davina made my visit quite pleasant! I must also thank the blonde lady, wearing glasses, at Reception for her kindness and helpfulness. Gordon.

Been with them for roughly a year and it’s not been great. I was misdiagnosed for a filling and just completely didn’t do an extraction that was booked at the same time.
I was complaining about pain in a tooth similar to that of a hole and was told at a consultation there is a hole and it’ll cost £200, I’m an NHS patient but said I would prefer the better solution. I phoned to book a few days later for the filling and said I’ll have to do the free nhs treatment as I’m not in a position to pay right now. The day comes and all of a sudden there’s no hole to fill.. and I was scooted out without the extraction (another tooth) either, the dentist made out he was doing me a favour by cleaning my teeth and off I went after being told to floss..
Had another consultation after all that and the dentist left for the majority of our appointment and I was sat talking to the nurse who didn’t know what to say or do, he came back and I spoke with him for what seemed like a couple of minute’s and I said that I had a camera in my mouth and there’s a hole, I was told it’s “discolouration” and my extraction needed to be booked with a hospital, so that’s 3 needless appointments or I’m being absolutely fobbed off again.
I’m going to book the hospital appointment and will update this review as I go as I imagine it’s not over.

Practice and service poor. Good dentist.
Good dentist but practice is poorly managed and very rude signage.
Felicia does great work. But the practice itself is always behind. The board is never updated, in 6 years I've never had an appointment on time.
On top of that there is an insulting sign explaining how valuable the practice time is and saying it's £2 per minute of time "wasted" nothing for my wasted time.
Not just, we charge a late fee or cancellation / missed appt fee. That's fine the premise is fine. They should be entitled to charge.
As the sign bangs on about how valuable the clinics time is, yet they waste mine. Implying my time isn't valuable. Some people do actually get paid more than that. Not many but you don't know who's walking in.
I had an appointment when they opened once and that was still late.
I'll return as NHS is hard to find and I do really love Felicia, she gets 5 stars but the practice gets 0 which is why we land on 3.
I've done a formal complaint.
Couldn't give me an invoice for work paid upfront either.
I already left a Google review but they auto emailed asking for trust pilot too.

Everyone at the dentist from the reception to the dentist lady were brilliant, dentist lady Evelina so easy to speak too such a lovely person puts you at ease straight away.

I was terrified of having treatment due to a previous dentist who told me the pain was in my head and not real - this time, the dentist heard my concerns, we gentle and understanding at every point and I left feeling much happier.

Bank building branch is very professional, made me aware of my choices and waited for my decision without any pressure and the the treatment went according, I have a second visit soon to complete the treatment, I have no concerns about returning to the dentist, I feel I'm in good hands

A good extraction
Have rated 5* although it was for an extraction. Totally informed of options. Procedure was straightforward and no where near as painful as "Whimpy" me had expected.
Effectively just a pinprick.
Aftercare was good.
Must take more care of my dental hygiene.
