The company failed to complete the…
The company failed to complete the order. I had an email two days later saying the item I purchased was no longer available and that they’d cancelled the order. There’s obviously an issue with their stock control and website if it allowed me to purchase the item in the first place. I wasn’t going to hold it against them, but they’ve emailed me three times asking for feedback, so here you go…

Ordered Brooke’s hoodie but they returned payment saying no stock left however they have still got the item as for sale 2 months later.Obviously getting customers to log on when in fact they haven’t got them at all.
