Deliveroo is the worst company I have ever seen.
The deliveryman didn't ring the bell and went back with my food. Then, the company refused to pay me back my 40euros under the pretext that the delivery man had waited too long in front of the door (10 minutes).
I am absolutely outraged by this lack of professionalism.
Deliveroo is clearly stealing people's money.
