Do they actually know there a delivery…

Do they actually know there a delivery service and they have to deliver the food ..... paid the driver a tip, paid the priority delivery fee, food took 90 mins to be delivered and was like an ice cube, when I asked the driver why so long he told me he went to 5 houses before me .... what's even the point in using this app if its not one bit convenient and is an absolute rip off ?

Ordered my usual order from Nandos and…

Ordered my usual order from Nandos and it usually comes in 2 packages as 1 was a salad. When delivery driver arrived, i noticed he had 1 package so i asked if he ddnt have another package for my order. He said no thats all he had. I tried to explain my order usually comes in 2 packages. He seemed annoyed with me. Tried to look at receipt to see maybe i forgot to order the salad and open the package to see maybe they put the salad inside in 1 package and he grabbed my hand and package screaming at me to give him the code. I was startled. Gave him code and he basically threw the package back at me. I tried to ask what about my salad and he just walked away and drove off. I get it wont be his fault if Nandos forgot to add my salad but his rudeness and grabbing my hand left me really appalled.

My rider account was deactivated…

My rider account was deactivated without warning or due process. For over two months I have tried to contact support and have received nothing but automated responses claiming they are “busy”. In that time, they have effectively taken away my livelihood over what appears to be a mistake.
There is no meaningful customer support. There is no way to speak to a real person. The only option is a useless automated AI chat system that cannot resolve anything. This is an inhuman way to treat riders and shows complete disregard for the people who rely on this platform to work.
The lack of accountability, transparency, and human support is unacceptable. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Food always cold!!

Food always cold!!! No matter what restaurant it comes from the food is always cold and there is often part of the order missing! Makes me so annoyed. Then the restaurant blames deliveroo and deliveroo blame the restaurant. Not exactly difficult to sort out. Take on more staff for delivery and have them sign to confirm full delivery is in the bag before the leave the restaurant.

Don't use

Don't use, parts of your order will go missing and the restaurant will say it was sent so must be driver stealing it. Deliveroo will say sorry we will resend but they won't and hope you just forget about it you have to keep ringing back for a refund

inexpierenced delivery staff

Deliveroo customer in Galway here, I ordered my food as usual online with tracking enabled but food didn't arrive nor driver called me, food was left outside of the area which I never found, I hope you guys at Deliveroo find that driver and make sure he'll never work with you again, angry rant here.

Lousy customer service

This was my first time ordering from Deliveroo, and I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I usually use Uber Eats, but after this order, I can confidently say I will never use this app again.
I ordered from Burger King: two burgers and an extra fries costing €4.25. When the order arrived, I received a small fries instead of what I paid for. I was already frustrated, but what followed made the experience even worse.
I contacted customer service and was initially told to simply leave feedback for Burger King about the portion size. However, after checking the receipt, I clearly saw that it stated LARGE FRIES. I contacted customer service again and even provided a photo of the receipt to prove that I received an incorrect order.
Despite this clear evidence, I was told that nothing could be done and that I should leave a review for Burger King and hope they would give me a credit. This response was incredibly disappointing and made me feel completely ignored as a customer.
Deliveroo’s customer service showed no accountability, no effort to resolve a clear mistake, and no concern for customer satisfaction. Compared to Uber Eats, this level of service is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and will not be using this app again. Do not use this app if you expect support when orders are incorrect.

Too many chances given

Tragic. There has been issues every single time I ordered and it was never properly dealt with. Long waiting times, orders delivered to the wrong address, cold food or completely wrong orders. I'm done with it and deleted the account.

Do Not use this service

Do Not use this service. Every single time without fail my order was overpriced, late and cold.

When i contact customer service they give generic responses and don't really care. I deleted my account and got that app off my phone immediately, use something else do not use deliveroo unless you want cold food and customer service giving snide goading remarks

I ordered subway in Naas deliveroo on…

I ordered subway in Naas deliveroo on one occasion this first incident my order was ready and prepared for over two hours as their was no driver available to collect and deliver my food I called the restaurant and they informed no driver showed up for deliveroo so I decided to cancel my order with them and they intially refused saying it’s too late even though this was their fault after a long chat they eventually cancelled it and gave me a refund and an apology credit so at a later date I decided to use this credit just for the same thing to happen again. I won’t be using their services anymore so poor.

The worst company

Food delivery company. No staff training. And value for the customer. I wonder how they hire staff and based on what criteria when they can't read the postal code of the area, which if entered correctly leads straight to your home. We ordered food that never arrived—neither delivered nor returned to the store. And with the photo they sent us, it appeared that it was left on the street, but who can tell us that it wasn’t eaten. Unacceptable treatment from the company's customer service.

I order from Marks and Spencer 3 times…

I order from Marks and Spencer 3 times in the past 3 days and every time they didn’t have the items I ordered which they don’t tell you until you have paid. They then send alternative items which are random. I have breast cancer which is why I ordered from them. After the third time I spent an hour on the phone with a call team in a different country who were of no help. I then contacted Deliveroo with a chat bot and no answer. It’s outrageous they would take money from sick people.

I ordered groceries from marks and…

I ordered groceries from marks and Spencers. Driver arrived with about half the order. Said it was too heavy and that another driver would be bringing the rest. Never arrived. I went onto the app but the only option they gave was to refund the items not delivered despite the store was still open. I contacted customer service and all they could do was refund the service fee, no attempt to get me the missing items. And I am annoyed because I gave the driver a good tip as I took him at his work for a shit service.

If you’re a restaurant owner pick a different service provider

Ordered twice from them and never again. Most recently on Saturday 29th November. Numerous calls from a rude driver saying he was at our fromt door. (He wasn’t) Rang him back several times to give him directions which he didn’t listen to and hung up mid sentence a few times. Not able to follow maps. 40 minutes after first call he finally found house. Food was sushi with some hot items which were now inedible and immediately binned.
Requested refund for hot items which i just see now was denied.
Laughable that they think this business model is acceptable in Ireland when there are plenty of alternatives. Would advise any restaurant that uses Deliveroo to seriously reconsider.
