In my past I ve dealt with many dodgy garages but this place beats them by a mile . They are a bunch of incompetent crooks. I had to take my car 3 times (took them a month and half)to fix wat was supposed to be a minor job. And they did such a great job that after 3 months marks started to appear. I realised that they are a bunch of thieves when I asked the price of repairs and job done.(I found in the end from my insurance over 4200£) also instead to replace the damaged wheel they decided to repair it because make sense why replace something that cost 100£ when you can do a bad job and charge thousands ,to be honest I still have the warranty but dealing with this horrible people is not worth it.
Not to forget first time when I took it back they forgot some materials stuck to the wheel that was overheating witch could lead to a fire if I wouldn't discovered in time. Second time I hade to drive for a week with defective brakes causes they said is safe to drive.
So one star is to much for this place but I can not give 0. If you want to deal with crooks incompetents thieves this is the place also they lost some minor parts that i had to buy caps mold sealant

My TRoc hit from behind work done in less than a week . Great service and kept informed on progress etc .Unlucky for me this was the second rear ender in less than a year .But at lest through Church hill insurance and there use of DLG I had a happy ending 👍

Brilliant service from start to finish. DLG repaired my car after an accident. Their communications were absolutely first rate. My car was collected from, and delivered back to, my home address and everyone I saw (or spoke to on the phone) were fantastic. Really good communications all the way through. I was delighted with the service provided and was so grateful for the speedy repair to my car. It even came back washed and valeted. What superstars!

I had a very bad experience with DLG , my car was repaired in their garage and as it seems they’ve used a poor (cheap) quality parts because since the repair the parts they used are giving up every few months!

I was directed to DLGAutoServ by my insurance company. I filled out the relevant online form on Saturday 14 February, my car was collected on Monday 16th and was returned to me repaired on 19th. Apart from a first class job of repairing the damage, the car had been cleaned outside and valeted on the inside. All the people I spoke to at DLG were polite and helpful. I really hope I don't need to use their services again, but I'd have no hesitation in doing so.

Had my car repaired in August. Wasn't happy with finish and number plate was hanging off ( photos available) tyre sensor light on console and dashboard that they were informed about(twice) was not sorted and was told to inflate the tyre??????, yeah right, that didn't work!!. It nearly failed it's MOT because of this.
Just tried to sell my car and because of the poor finish to my car was informed it has devalued my car approx £ 800.00p.
Will research who repairs my insurers cars in future.
Refused to sign handover papers because of the condition my car was returned.

My car was sent here by Churchill Insurance for accident damage repairs.
Good service with regular updates from the staff in branch.
Had a few issues with my car after the initial repair, but all were dealt with promptly and supplied with a courtesy car for the whole duration while ongoing works took place.
I would be happy to use again if needed
