DNA have looked after my business credit card machine for a few years now and even though I’m leaving to move my business to another city, they have been so helpful, kind and understanding. It’s good to be able to speak with an actual human being. Ellie was great and totally on the ball, didn’t keep me waiting and was polite and professional. I have just finished setting up my business's new DNA POS Machine supplied by DNA Payments.
Guy from the support team contacted me before the unit's delivery was due to explain the process. He then called back when the unit had arrived and walked me through the full setup of both the POS Machine and the DNA Merchant Portal. Guy explained the whole process with simple, easy-to-follow instructions and was very polite and professional throughout the process, which only took 10 minutes. It's been a great experience so far, and I have no doubt the ongoing support will be of the same high standard.

Very pleased with the service provided by Jack McNamara-Barley, when we had an issue with the charging station on our machine. Replacement station sent out and he talked us through how we could charge in the meantime allowing us to continue trading smoothly. Would highly recommend.

We had very high hopes when signing up with this payment gateway for my small business, however our experience has been incredibly disappointing.
After the initial onboarding, communication completely stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, we have been repeatedly ignored and effectively ghosted, leaving us without answers or support when we needed it most.
For a service that is critical to running a business, reliability and communication are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this company has failed on both counts.
