Dun and Bradstreet is a total scam.
We were approached by them with the claim that they would help build our company up when in fact, everything they did ruined the reputation of our company.
I fought with them for YEARS and they never responded until threatened with legal action.
In the end, even if we'd have won in litigation, the damage was already done and it couldn't be mended.
Stay FAR away from D&B, they take your money, can damage your company beyond repair and offer NO customer service or support once they've been paid. I'm surprised that the government hasn't shut them down because of the ongoing fraud being committed.

Are there any reviews about the company or are all these just about obvious hiring scams.

This company approached me to do some work for them as a freelancer. I quickly realized they are scammers due to the amount they want to pay for your services. As a data captures I know how to deal with scammers. Don't work for anyone without a written agreement.
Horrible people!

Pretty sure their scammers based on these reviews... I run a editing job on fiverr and had someone message me with their email attached for an editing job.
They then asked me if I could type up reports on word documents, which they said I had to pay a £50 'security fee' to make sure it was done, at that point I knew it was a scam.
Overall, they promise thousands of pounds for a few days of work but hold your money and refuse to pay.

Terrible cusotmer services. Invoice went to an old employee for services that havent been used. Took more than 4 months to respond and reufsed and credit

Absolutely shocking and a waste of money. Incorrect contact names, incorrect contact numbers. Email addresses of people who left the business a number of years ago. Don't waste your money would happily have given this company 0 stars. Far better data sourcing companies about. Oh and they want me to sit and record every bit of information that is incorrect in order for me to claim a refund. I am trying to run a business, don't have time to-do your job for you. I was sold nice clean up to date data

After correcting my business information on this company's website, I started receiving spam calls on my business lines about 10 times a day. There is no purpose or benefit to this company. They sell your information to spammers.

Well all I can say is DONT BOTHER DONT TRUST THEM. SCAM RIP OFF AND THIEVES. DON'T GO NEAR THEM!!! IF Your willing to work for bugger all then that's fine Go for it! Don't expect to be paid!

Run, run, run! SCAM!! This company and website should not be allowed to exist!! They have my private home details on their site for a small business that never got off the ground and doesn't exist! Any feedback or opt-out option simply leads you around in circles with no resolution! In order to even submit a request to remove your details, they ask for MORE private details - heck no, not happening!

Stay as far away from this company as you can.

Once you sign up to their services, even if you requested a one of service you will be put on a rolling contract unless you cancel in a very specific way with specific wordings to a specific email address.

Even if you never use their service again you will get continuously billed!!!!

We asked for a one off European and one off international report in 2022 which rolled onto 2023.

They do not reply to your emails to query invoices instead they send your details to debt collectors.

The worst company to deal with.

DnB is a complete scam. They hold your company hostage by allowing other companies to slam you anonymously so you can't even research the validity of the claims. They scammed me out of 4300.00 for a concierge service that I can't access because the DnB Authentication process is non working. When asking DnB to help with Authentication process they tell you straight up they can't or will help resolve that issue.
They are corrupt and fraudulent.

D&B is a scam. The whole thing exists to get you to pay them $229 for their number so they can sell your data and market to you.

Scam. And not even a well run one. The website is trash. They call you randomly to verify you when you apply, which you won't know and so won't pick up bc your phone will say it's a scam since they are robo-dialing you.

I don't know why this company is used by anyone, much less allowed to exist. Like the credit bureaus of old (before lots of legislation) they have lots of false information they just attached to files, they are slow and unresponsive, and have terrible customer service when you actually want to make something right.

They make impossible for business to update their business information, their platform is completely junk.

I thought it would be much more easier to type data and get paid. I continued our conversation. They gave me a PDF file to read so I red it and I got convinced at first. Luckily I am not that braindead, I googled about this company and did some research until I end up reading reviews on Trustpilot. I am truely greatful to all those people who has written honest review about theses filthy scammers. You guys saved another poor boy from getting scammed. NOTE: These scammers have been using companies/brands name for ages. In my case They pretended to be Dun&Bradstreet. The email mentioned above is a scam email do not reply to that. This is my honest review about this scam, I will be pissed if admins remove it from Trustpilot. +1 on complete scam of an organization. May God have mercy on your soul if you ever need to obtain a DUNS number. Do yourself a favor and have someone you absolutely loathe do it.

If you want to cancel renewal, you have to provide order number. I wonder why is Apple.com requiring DUNS number for some things like Apple Business Manager...
