Fitted me a new boiler excellent work by Rob and his mate very professional and tidy and fitted insulation tubes to bare pipes which was a nice finish 👍would recommend and a big thank you to Louise in ths office always very helpful and friendly thank you to all 🙂

Sometimes small jobs are difficult to arrange, but Dan was happy to quote for extending condensate pipe through external wall at a reasonable cost. Expecting to wait a couple of weeks, we were pleasantly surprised to have the job done next day, very neat and tidy.
Definitely recommended.

Prompt responses to my series of (unrelated) boiler problems, even at the weekend. Friendly and efficient service by Ian and apprentice Sam; almost became 'part of the family'!

Dan and team responded swiftly when my boiler broke down. They advised on the most cost effective approach and replaced my boiler within…..days of of my order…

Consistently excellent service from Dan and his team. Dan has attended to two jobs installing a super bath and a shower.
Two of his staff have attended to two issues in my airbnb property which were urgent. Again they were polite and did a great job.

Had a new toilet installed today and I'm extremely happy with the service!
Punctual, courteous and carried the job out with the minimum of fuss!

Had leaking water tank. Louise gave me a 2 hour time slot on the same day when the plumber would call. He called as arranged and quickly fixed the problem. Very efficient and professional.

Yet again when we needed DPB Plumbing they were there to sort our Thermostat on the boiler problems out, with excellent service and friendly yet professional people to deal with everything.

Ian arrived on time to service boiler and do gas checks on other appliances. He looked at the manuals and spoke to us about the history of the appliances so far and talked us through the workings of the boiler. We had mentioned a radiator that wasn't getting hot and within 5 seconds Ian saw what the problem was and had fixed it. We had it looked at before but nobody solved it. We have taken out a contract and we also have a contract on a rented property. Thank you Ian and DPB Plumbing.

I contacted DPB Plumbing to arrange for a service for my gas fire. Danny arrived promptly he was professional friendly and reasonably priced. When he finished my fire looked brand new, I would highly recommend DPB Plumbing to anyone Hughie Carroll.

Ian was a great boilerman! He was late for the appointment, but explained fully and I was forewarned of this. He managed to fix the boiler at a decent price and I was grateful for his good humour during the visit! And for the working heating afterwards!!

From initial visit to actual fitting of boiler I could not fault the service provided.If the maintenance contract is carried out to the same standards I foresee no future problems.
