11/10 service…
I believe DPD recently took over Chronopost and it shows. Received 11/10 service today from my courier. Really friendly, really helpful. Also, DPD is great giving a one hour delivery time slot on the day.
Delivery attempted outside working hours on a weekend with no contact
I had a delivery scheduled to arrive next week tuesday and as such I was waiting for it. However today (Saturday) I received an email that a delivery attempt was made on my address at 7:36 AM. Besides the delivery being attempted during the weekend it was also attempted outside normal working hours. I also didn't get any notification of the delivery being attempted as I usually do with most packages (including with past packages from this same carrier) and my contact phone number was not reached any time during the attempt (doing so could have caused me to wake up and pick up and delivery obviously)
I also have tried to contact the support but as it currently is weekend I am unable to reach out to support until monday. I find it extremelly unprofessional to have packages being delivered without support being available thorough that time since customers can't contact the company at all in order to discuss about the package
Horrible service
A transport company with a horrible service, including the tracking system.
My order has been in the same status for 5 days without any additional information.
DPD services at origin (Germany) do not respond and services at destination (Portugal) claim that they do not know anything, referring the matter to the origin.
It is unfortunate what happens with some of these carriers that deceive Customers, do not meet deadlines, nor the alleged quality of services that they proclaim.
It remains for me to wait for a possible answer, or for the order to reach its destination. Otherwise, someone will have to bear the consequences and the costs, with the inherent gravity.
Seur/DPD for Portugal
I checked in the morning, it did not look like my package was on the way to Portugal yet, 16:00 I get a email about expected delivery between 16:55 and 17:55 so far so good, but now they sending my delivery back to the store in France, because they could not find the address it is unbelievable. First time my address could not be found by a delivery company. Also not possible to make them come again or pick it up in near by in pick up shop (Lisbon) because there is any, even though they write that

these guys lost my package 43 days ago and refuse to take responsibility for it.
They are not contactable. Horrible service all around.
They are not contactable. When you call they either hang up or tell you to leave your number so they can call you back. If you leave your number they ring you later for exactly 1 second and hang up, so they can say that they effectively ringed you. Also sometimes on deliveries they don't ring your door but later claim they came by.
