Was getting confused with health insurance. Contacted Simon Murphy who was recommended to me by a family member and he was so patient and talked me through the process . Nothing was too much trouble so please to say I have happily taken out insurance with Dragonfly . Highly recommend

Imagine having a medical issue that your GP says its dental problem, your dentist says its not a dental issue and it gets so painful you go to A & E and even they say its not something they will deal with so send you home before triage. Now imagine that going on for 2 years!
That is exactly what has happened to my partner. The last straw was being turned away from A & E.
I had recently taken out health insurance via Dragonfly Crowd who per chance had as part of their package an online GP. As we sat outside A & E wondering what we could do, we thought why not try this APP.
Wow! We could book an appointment within the hour to see a GP via video. (What makes it even better there was no doctors receptionist to argue with)
The appointment was conducted on time as booked and was as thorough as you would expect. Amazingly we now had a GP referral for A & E so they now HAD to see us.
Within 2 hrs of being originally evicted from A & E we had not only got a GP appointment bit got back to A & E and had been seen, had a diagnosis, and medication to start to deal with the problem.
I can’t thank Clive (Mr Dragonfly) enough for his advice on taking out health insurance. If you are thinking about this yourself stop thinking and give Dragonfly Crowd a call, worth every penny.
