Had an amazing experience and special thanks to Lieona who made the process streamlined, was friendly, happy to answer all questions and provided ample information. Very happy to recommend and excited to start my aligner journey

I went to the free scan on 3/8. The service was excellent, Sara is very polite. Sara told me the plan will be discounted if I do the £100 deposit, it is refundable. However I finally decide not to do the aligners. So I request for the refund. However I still didn't get the refund even I chase it for 3 weeks!!! I was so angry and message them and call them, but they still got no response. I message the manager twice and I finally get the refund. What a worse experience.

We did the pay up front option which gave a great discount and free tooth whitening kit which is great! Looking forward to seeing the results over the next 6 months.

I went to my first appointment today. I was seen by Dr Sarah who was very friendly, patient and very helpful a Fantastic service. I’ve had my 3D scan. Dr Sarah explained the process step by step very clearly. she answered all me questions and offered lots of support. I was recommended by a friend and I also would highly recommend!
