This site is full of scams! Avoid it at all costs! In addition, the business model of the Dutch parent company Online Payment Platform (OPP) is outrageous. I ordered something expensive on Kleinanzeigen.de and did not receive the goods due to an error by the seller. After a lot of hassling with the sluggish AI customer „service“, I was refunded the purchase price, BUT: the service costs (insurance "pay securely") and the shipping costs are brazenly withheld, although there was no misconduct on my part as the buyer. OPP writes (because they know that this behavior is borderline criminal): "In the event of a refund, the service fees will be withheld since you used the service." WTF? "THE service"? For all successful sales, these scammers also keep the fees for THE service. I will never pay for anything on Kleinanzeigen.de via this platform again. Only cash on collection. If at all. Kleinanzeigen.de seems to be just a cash cow for OPP owners.

This site is the worst site ever, they are screamer, they will take your money, the seller and the company or customer services all thieves , after I returned the parcel, which they received, I don't get my money back, thieves

I posted an adv for my filmmaking business and paid for the promotion. After a few hours they removed my adv and didn't refund me. Then they sent me a full list of rules that I was supposed to know (why?), like full name, full address and many others). I complained and they gave me the allowance to put the adv again, but again they removed it! I explained that I do not wish to display my full address as it's exactly where I live! It's a small business mine, I don't have an office. I make videos for clients and just go to them, or where they want me to go. Why should I make my address public? They sent me again the automatic email they sent the very first time. It's just a waste of money! Instead of sending a million rules they should respect and fulfill the universal business rule: "When a company does not provide the service for which it was paid, it must compensate the customer who paid to receive that service". That's the basics of business.

you got crazy with these prices for listings. really, go to ebay and etsy and other platforms and take a look how much a listing costs.

First time selling on this site. Buyer wanted to use Kleinanzeigan OPP “Secure Pay”. I wanted to use PayPal. Seller gave money to OPP, I sent item. He received and notified OPP. Kleinanzeigan said I would get paid fast. The next day OPP said I was waiting verification. Now 7 days later and photos of 7 documents, I’m still waiting for funds. If they don’t send to me they say they will give back to the buyer. Crazy. And then what if buyer doesn’t pay?

Don't use this web site, when you are not in Germany.
They blocked my account within seconds, when I decided to check my parcel status, while I was on vacation.
Since then they froze my account, they blocked my active transactions and I cannot reach them.

I wrote many-many tickets, and they don't even do anything with them. There is no direct contact with the support. I don't know, how they are able to earn millions with the lack of support.

Give me my money back. Look at your inbox.

I was just scammed via this website. Absolute disgrace, no transparency or protection for sellers or buyers.
The buyer has stolen 995EUR via a scam that eBay allows via its own internal chat and link system.
The payment process is so opaque and hard to follow. Fake accounts and robots are everywhere. Disgrace.

Absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer support. If you receive a broken/defective item and return it, it would take forever to get your money back.

Very poor App. If you want to buy something outside of Germany, no way. You can not add your adress into their app ang go more further for paymnet. If you call customer servis and want to speak english 1. they inmediately hang up the phone without seing anything 2. nobody speaks english? So dogy. Most of the german people speaks English. If you can, avoid it and find better treating app for buy and sell things internationaly.

DISGRACEFUL is a word that comes to mind. Found an item of interest in google search which led me to
Ebay Kleinanzeigen but upon signing up my membership did not proceed as I lived in the UK. The reply from the company, "you can only use inside EU countries." Are the good folk of the UK being punished for leaving the EU, I wonder what other countries will leave?

All I wanted to do was to sell something, on a platform that is for selling stuff. But for my own life, every time I post the item it is immediately deleted and I am told that this is against their terms of service.

We are talking about a DJI drone specifically, but ironically there are thousands of them on the site. And I have been on it for a while, I am a Member for 12 years and I have sold countless items. Well in the end they blocked my account and don't answer anymore, so I made a new one but same problem here, at least they haven't blocked me - yet.

This is a company owned by greedy people and run by stupid people. Of course this is local classifieds, making billions is hard especially when paying 9bn buying this garbage company. They are just gonna butcher it until it is unusable and they will shut it down. If you turn off the ad blocker you are hit by an avalanche of ads, this site is garbage and it criminally anti consumer. I also reported them to the German consumer watchdog.

One star is still to good. Don't use it, don't touch it - from good to extremely bad. The time and effort spent to communicate with this faceless, irresponsible company could have been used much better. Don't waste your time.

Trying to get a PRO account - Only avialable via telephone... When I call in English, the lady doesn't speak english, aparently no one else speaks english in the office and she gave me a service email adresss, that no one answers, then she hungup... Poor customer service... For a tech company, so outdated in 2024.

Suspended my account for no reason— all I did was answer listings to buy a new phone. So unnecessary to spend an hour on the site only to be suspended for no reason. Utter lack of respect for users.

I just had problems registering an account, because they have the wrong error message. I was FORCED to share my private mobile number.

I constructed my advertisement to sell my garden shed. I paid 16.95€ to put it at the top for a week. These people stole my money, then deleted my advertisement. They did not inform me WHY it was deleted, but rather expect me to tell them what MY problem is?? I expect them to FIRST TELL ME WHAT THEIR PROBLEM IS.

Now, I want my money back, and I will NEVER try to use their service again. This is theft.

My conto got hacked and I asked the customer service team for some help, because I suddenly could not log in anymore.
I then got a mail that I got banned from the platform and will never be able to use it again. They will not reply me anymore or answer my questions.

This is a really really bad customer service and Sonja Potters reply made me super frustrated, because I literally bought one pair of shoes and then got hacked. I don’t even know what happened and they will not tell me.

Will never use it again and am super angry.

They blocked my account, and they could not tell why, nothing unspecific reason they couod not tell. Funny. Iam just a regular people who using the app to buy some things what really need in life. That is it. If you can do it, buy things, until you can cause one day they will going to block your profile too. Crazy Management

Had a horrible experience with a few sellers in recent times. Both refused to sell to me because of my nationality. Today, one seller refused to sell to me after I made the payment because of my suspected non-German nationality. The seller was planning on keeping my money, so I had to report him. Luckily after 6 hours of asking, I finally got a refund.

Ebay Kleinanzeigen discriminates on the basis of nationality.

The customer service on non-existent. Never pay by Paypal Friends and Family.

There's no equality. People need to realise that the war ended 79 years ago. This hatred towards certain nationalities needs to stop. People need to be treated equally and that means all being able to access the site with no discrimination against people from different nationalities.

It's a completely corrupt website.
