Item arrived damaged. Sent photo showing where damage was and was told it must have been my fault by pushing back the iPad tray too far back. I phoned the company and said the photo shows the damage is nothing to do with the iPad tray (was on the side) and told again it was my fault for pushing the iPad tray back. Guy then hung up on me. Horrific company. Avoid at all costs.

Had to pre-order the bath robe but it actually arrived quicker than they said it would. I was a bit disconcerted by the creamy colour of the robe but I'm guessing that is because it is made from unbleached cotton. Bought as a Christmas present so will have to wait to find out whether the recipient likes it!

Timely delivery and while not tested as yet (bought as a pressy) brush appears to be pretty good quality and frankly preferred to buying from online market places who import poor quality items from far east.Worth paying extra for a more quality product

I am a male size 9 shoe, the slippers are listed large and supposed to be for a 10/11.

They are what I hoped in quality and well padded in towelling but my heel hangs over the herl edge very slightly. They could be 5mm longer ideally, I doubt at all they would fit 10/11.

Brilliant brush, and great price for the quality. Will be ordering another size to take out and about. And, beautifully packaged.

Because one of the soaps I'd ordered was out of stock, they rang me to ask what to replace it with - good service!

I am slightly disappointed with the Bamboo Bath Puff: it's smaller than I expected and very tightly packed so it's quite hard to use effectively. Perhaps it will loosen up with use...

I ordered a bundle of a bath tray and a bath salt but I received the tray only. I contacted the customer service team who refused sending me the bath salt saying that I should have added it to my order. There is no option to add it separately, only to select the type. They stopped responding to my email so I guess they are not going to send the other part of my order. Just be careful when ordering from Eco Bath London.

Product was delivered well packaged and on time. The addition of a lavender posy stuck down with a "thank you" sticker was a nice touch. The product itself is very good quality.

We have been trialling an assortment of soap on a ropes but Eco Bath are a stretch ahead of their rivals!

Finally, some travel slippers that fit my feet! Hotel slippers seem to be made for people with tiny feet. I'm a size 9, so not huge, so now I can take these with me when I travel.
