Bought a drone flimsy rubbish does not work Reply to your email but make things difficult want videos etc so sent then want a video of using the controller so sent. No reply yet DO NOT BUY. You can’t even leave a review on their website it’s all fixed

Received Quinx K8 drone, first impressions, cheap Chinese rubbish. Instruction manual, vauge. Packaging ok.
After charging the batteries, and taking out for a test flight in a still calm day, drone was very unresponsive, tried to "recalibrate" the sensors, anti collision didn't work, return to me didnt work, "follow me function" where is that function? Hand gestures 🤷🏼‍♂️ surprise didnt work. Battery life about 5 minutes, couldn't test the range and it went haywire, landed in a field about 5 meters from where I was, bumper bar came off. So would now have to fly without bumper bars!! Camera definitely not HD. Absolute shambles. I read plenty "trusted" reviews before buying, all saying it was amazing.
Advert on YouTube / Facebook looked amazing.
I have been scammed before buying plug in heaters!!
I am never buying anything advertised on you tube or Facebook again.
I'm not even going to waste my time trying to get a refund.
I now have one very sad son who will not be getting his birthday present.
Shame on these companies.

Bought a drone from this company, went to rest it & the drone lifted up in front of me. Pressed the control button to bring it back down but did not so pressed the return button. No response from any of the controls and it then drifted away. It did not even return when the battery must have hot liw. Contacted this company by Email who clearly do not read them as they wanted yo send me a manual to download. The item came with a manual and had a drone previously so knew how to operate the controls. They then said if you cannot return the faulty item then the warranty does not exist. I wouldn't give them 1 star, absolutely appalling company please DO NOT BUY FTOM THEM.

Bought a drone Quinux K8, used twice, on the second time, at only 5metres away from me the drone disconnected from controller and moved away from me, would not return back either via using controller or return to home. Company don't care and just refer you to user manual. Suggest people think very hard before purchasing anything from this company and if over £100 pay by credit card to cover yourself

DOES'NT WORK, video doorbell, totally useless. Bought it 3 months ago and it's crap.Does pick up human activity, sometimes, doesn't send the doorbell to my phone at all so missing deliveries, doesn't work on a shared phone, cannot find contact details anywhere for a refund. And this came highly rated on a 'best of' site, total crap, wasted over £120 on this piece of crap plus purchased add on's.

Purchased a doorbell cam, it is rubbish. Not picking up some visitors to my home and sometimes only capturing the back of their heads, totally useless. Emailed the company four times to return and have been ignored. Emails say I will receive an answer within 24 hours but have not been contacted once. There is no return email address had to hunt online but was a waste of time as no one will contact about refund. Total waste of £90 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM COMPANY.

I bought 3 ecom7 heaters just before Christmas & 2 out of the 3 their plugs have flen to bits one snapped off in the wall socket. Absolute rubbish. They cost me over £100 for the 3. I didn't even receive a reply when I complained & asked for a refund. Don't buy anything from them.

Don’t touch them. Ordered a Car Watch Pro, which had good reviews. The product did actually arrive, but in a box calling it a Car Camcorder. It was a cheap copy. No SD card, no charger. Rubbish instructions, so far it is unusable, unless I spend more money to get the missing bits. Even then I haven’t a clue if it will work or not. The invoice address is in Hong Kong, so I have wasted forty nine pounds sterling.

Absolute scam. Ordered a camera doorbell 3 weeks ago. They said it was delivered last week. Proof of delivery was a photo of the package in a warehouse! When challenged they say they cannot deliver to my address. Offered to send again at no extra charge or refund me. Waiting for the refund, if it doesn't arrive will instigate chargeback. Do not use them

We ordered a pair of dashcams in January 2023, they are stuck at the courier warehouse (30 k's away) and ECOM7 are refusing to assist. I paid them $17 for postage and they have used Aramex who say that ECOM7 haven't paid enough for them to deliver to me. They expect me to drive a 60k round trip to pick it up. Disgusting.
They also are refusing to give me a refund which I have demanded in several emails. Don't buy from them!! Cheap and nasty!

These are scammers, I ordered a drone £100.00 they said it had been delivered and sent me a photo of a parcel. Royal mail claimed no delivery was made. Tried to contact the and was told several times they would contact me butthey never did. This company sorkstthrough ebay and PayPal. PayPal do not refund from this company.

I can not use the Snortum. I can not sleep, because a lot of small hurts. I want to send it back and get the money back.

Bought an anti-snore device for my partner.
All mails but no goods!
This is what I get:
„Exception“ says the mail.
Item sent back to the expeditor.
Wrote a mail but no reply at all.

I ordered a smart doorbell before I read the reviews. Big mistake.
The website says you can cancel the order within 12 hours of it being placed. I tried to cancel 3hours after placing the order only to be told it could not be cancelled. Device arrived promptly but didn't work.
I tried to contact Ecom7 without success. I am now trying to get my money back.

Review is about customer service as product not used.
Purchased camera doorbell after unfortunate domestic incident but realised after 5 hours that delivery would be too slow and it was not the right spec for me. Attempted to cancel within 12 hours as specified on website but links would not work. Emailed company they said “ too late” and refused. Read reviews on here and panicked! Company advised, refusing delivery, or once received, contacting them for return instructions. Contacted credit card company who sent dispute paperwork ( slowly through post).
Package arrived, unable to refuse as delivered to parcel box. Contacted company and helpful staff offered: money off if I kept product :sending another free door bell or option 3: contact us for return instructions. I realised I would be paying for the return but went for option 3 anyway as needed to recoup some of the £98. In a surprising but welcome turn of events great customer service kicked in and I was quickly refunded and on this exceptional occasion was advised that I didn’t have to return the product. I will donate it to a good cause.

Absolutely awful, I ordered a camera doorbell, and it arrived with a missing plugin chime. I have been emailing them without any reply. Their phone numbers don't work! don't go near them! they are scams!!!

Bought one item and I am being bombarded with emails that I cannot unsubscribe from.
