Been waiting forever for heater pro heaters..
No one to contact.. no one answers the emails
Basically a fraud!!

Waited over a monthly for ecom7 room heater paid £55 it promised great efficient heating at low cost.
This product is a failure you need to stand over it to feel any heat and after one hour if use room still no where near warm
Getting nowhere with their customer service.item did not have returns label . Instructions poor too.

Had several attempts at getting a refund as the heater no longer heats up and have had no reply of use to me. DO NOT give this shoddy business your hard earned money.

I bought a pro max heater. It worked for the short time that I tested it and I then put it away for a few weeks. When I tried again it no longer works.
I emailed the company asking for a refund. They asked for a video which I sent. Now they’re ignoring all correspondence

I ordered a dash cam mid December.
Received a tracking number which said delivered - To Saudi Arabia not South Australia! Now they have gone totally cold, not returning any emails or chats.
I will now be contacting my bank to return the funds.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered three heaters on 28 December and have received nothing. I have sent a number of emails seeking information on delivery however they did not provided any information.

Bought and paid for on Dec 17th 2022 .
Is now Jan 7th 2023 , still have not got it .
Phone numbers don't work and no reply from emails .
Looks like got ripped off !!!!!

Ordered heater pro X 11/13/22, have not received paid order, sent message as to where was item, got a response they would be contacting me in 24-72 hours it has been 5 days have not heard back from company and question if this is a fraud rip off

Dangerous product. Product set on fire. Company refused a refund as it was beyond their 14 day warrantee. Zero customer service and potentially lethal. Do not buy.

Bought a heater pro X which when I plugged in wasn't working properly, the fan was not working as it should and it over heated and started to set of smoke and burning smell immediately unplugged it. Got in touch with them and was told that they would refund me my payment and no need to return product within 36 hours so happy with the quick response let's just see how long it takes to receive my refund. Other than the faulty appliance I have no other issues with them

Ordered 2 heaters and have had no acknowledgement of the order despite payment being taken from my credit card.

Will be contacting my card company for a chargeback.

Bought 2 Pro X heaters after seeing advert that they would heat a room in a few minutes. Unfortunately both heaters were faulty, both hardly gave any heat and one had a faulty fan causing unit to become overly hot.
After a few emails have been offered full refund. Heaters not recommended, but thanks for the refund.

I've just checked my bank statement and found that ecom7 has taken £55 out of it.
I haven't got a clue who or what they do neither do I know what the payment is for.
I will be notifying NTS SCAM Marshalls.

Had I read the reviews I would probably not gone ahead with my purchase of an heater pro as it was not fit for purpose,not enough heat to have any effect, but when I complained and asked for a refund they did not hesitate to refund my full amount and I didn't even have to return the item,so the 4 stars are for their response and not the product.

These people buy rubbish products for $3 or $4 from China and sell them for 15 times the price. Don’t be a sucker - stay well away.

I bought 2 of their proX heaters in November and they arrived promptly enough considering that they seem to come from a long way away. They both worked well enough for what they were including the remote control but, as they didn't perform well enough for my purposes I decided to send them back and ask for a refund. They offered alternatives but I wanted the return address and a refund. They agreed and finally last week it arrived in my account. In UK we're used to quick responses. With Ecom7 you have to be patient but they were fair and did what they promised, even deciding to waive returning the items. They could aim for a 5 with a bit more speed and less pressure in sales technique. (I live in Scotland and have no links whatsoever to the company.)

I bought a video boor bell for £89.00 it came eventually, a nice unit, but not complete. The chime unit was not included in the package. After a month of emails back and forth and help from them, but still not being resolved, I requested a full refund of the £89.00 which they have agreed to. Just waiting for the refund?

Please do not buy anythiong from this company. They are based overseas and sell items you can buy cheaper in the UK. I ordered a heater and received no receipt or acknowledgement. The item didn't arrived so I opened a case with PayPal. I then received scam tracking details and Paypal closed the case. Tried again, more scam tracking. Item finally arrived. Not suitable and Paypal won't refund me and the company won't send a returns address and unlikely to pay anyway. Terrible experience and I've lost my money.
BEWARE.

Very a very bad experience with your company and I still waiting for my refund of £55 I have called my bank to raise the matter and let the company pay the money back into the account
