Wouldn't connect to router so is useless. Can't find address to get refund of£89.00.

I Purchase a Qinux k8 drone, Everything seemed great so far, they provided tracking from factory to my house, then even called me to say it had arrived. Then when I opened the box I found cheaply made drone, the controller wouldn't connect to the drone and you could only operate via my phone, Still not put off I tried to to get it to take off, the drone went 2 foot in the air and was wandering around without touching anything, this was without any wind. With this in mind I contacted them for a refund, they offered a £25 refund and I can keep the faulty drone, They would send another one out or I send it back at my cost (To China) for a refund. Needless to say I voiced my concerns with Paypal and the money was returned within days and now I can put the drone in the trash. I honestly feel the most expensive thing in the package was the batteries I put in the controller.

Total scam ..
£108 paid for new doorbell. Nothing turned up .
Contacted the credit card company to be advised they also tried to claim another £400!!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

These pads I got for my ifitness is not sticking.properly

I paid for this item, received emails in regard to the delivery, however no item has been delivered. Absoloutely disgusted with this company.

Just don't bother buying anything from this company. The good reviews, few as they are, must be fake. Whatever product you buy you end up with something so cheap and nasty; at first I thought it was a toy. Such poor instructions, mostly in Chinese.

I purchased 2 of the Heater Pro X.Within 3 months the metal end of the earth pin on both heaters has broken off rendering them useless. Absolute appalling product

Ordered 2 Heater-Pro which never arrived.
Neither did the replacement order.
Eventually got a refund without being asked or given the chance to receive the goods whoich was my pririty.
Never got any explanation despite repeated request.
I have so many more remiable and professional organizations.
Ecom7 to be avoided by all means in my book.

I bough a face massager a month ago which stopped working after a few uses. The seller didn’t take my word about the product, which was obviously faulty. I wanted to return it or to replace it. They were asking me to send a video using the product. I refused as I didn’t want to expose my face on a video! Their response was; in order to proceed, we need you to send us a video, without it we can not continue with your request. Prospective buyers stay way from this company. They’re not standing behind their products, and they will question your honesty. This company is not reliable.

Bought a video door bell batteries only hold charge for a couple of days absolutely appalling product.Tried to get my £89 refunded but got stitched right up would never buy anything from this company again 😤

We happily give a 4-star rating to the overall experience of dealing with Ecom7. The item purchased, a door camera, was not satisfactory and therefore did not suit our requirements. We made this known to the Customer Services division of the company requesting a full refund. Our request was dealt with courteously and promptly by an exchange of emails which resulted in our bank confirming full return of the purchase monies within a couple of days of our request. Thanks in particular to Christiane, Laura and David at Ecom7 Customer Services.

I am absolutely disgusted. I thought I was buying a genuine product, instead I bought a cheap, copy. The heater is stuck on 31 degrees. minus button does not work. Remote does not work. ( yes tried different batteries etc..) the actual plug is unstable and the heat rocks on it. In other words this is absolute rubbish.
As a disabled pensioner I thought I was helping myself because of the cost of heating my home in these difficult times.
I want my money back. I cannot afford to pay out for useless heater.

Purchased Car Watch Pro Camera and sd card.
SCAMMED - what I got was box saying Car Camcorder- cheap and nasty with tiny scratched screen, no mains charger, and instructions in Chinese (?).
If could give it 0 stars I would.

I ordered this and took a risk after reading reviews but the Quinx drone i ordered was delivered in 4 weeks and had everything including instructions

My only question is how come such a company is advertising their product on Yahoo pages ? I just went ahead ordering a product as it was advertise on Yahoo.ca main page. Yahoo should look into the authenticity of the companies which advertise their product using their web page.
Ecom 7 Limited is nothing but A SCAM !!!

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Bought a Drone which went crazy and flew off into the bush after my 3rd flight. Lost and unretrievable due to drone going crazy!!! Terrible product. Such a waste of money!!!

I found these reviews subsequent to making a purchase, unfortunately. About 12 hours after ordering the door bell I received an email stating “We are contacting you to inform you that we have had an unforeseen logistical problem with your order, but we are working to solve it as soon as possible.”
Bearing in mind these reviews this is my first experience of what feels very much like a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they are SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
Not branded products as advertised. I returned the product to the UK return address on package only to be told by email I need to return it to MADRID SPAIN. Unlikely to get a refund processed by this dreadful company & will have to raise a dispute with my bank.
BUYER BEWARE

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought one, I've been waiting 6 weeks and still no heater. Do not use this company its obviously a scam
