I bought pro-x series heaters from this company and it turned out to be non-working I still cannot return the money and do not responds to letters and videos

Bought the same product off Amazon for £23. Would have sent it back but a voucher reduced the price by £8. It would not heat the inside of a cornflakes packet. All those claims are nonsense. Saw an item about heaters on BBC saying that this is the worst type of heater and not to be bought (too late for me) Avoid it.

Bought heater for my daughter and two kids they tried the heater unless you stand on top of the machine you will feel no heat .my daughter said it might heat a dolls house .this is a scam do not buy it does not do what they say .not for purpose

Ordered 2 video doorbells on Black Friday 25 November which did not arrive until Monday 5 December. The package is incomplete as neither contains an SD card or chime unit. Having charged one of the units for 7 hours after trying to read the tiniest instructions it only charged to 1%. Which should have been fully charged to last the advertised 3 months! My husband has raised a request to return them for a full refund. I await a response from the company. I will keep you updated

had my com7 5 weeks used it 3 times the socket pin broke in half and is still in the socket .been in touch with them but no response .I am a pensioner trying to save money like a lot of you are too.

The fact tha they are trying to make you use a woke company like PayPal is suspicious enough

This com is a rip off the say they have tried to deliver by eps nothing has ever turned up stay away from them I hope that my bank will give me my money should have smelt a rat sounds to good to be true true stay away from them

Stay away from their slick adverts and heaters absolutely useless and overpriced and terrible customer service

Bought 2 x Heater Pro from this charlatan company. 1 was faulty which I want to return. They kept asking for videos to show the fault which, once sent, they claimed they couldn’t open. I will not buy anything from this lot again and neither should anyone else.

They stopped working first day and customer service is vvv poor/non existent..don't buy

Bought a Heater Pro X from Ecom7 considering the advertisement of efficiency and saving. It didn't last 2 weeks. Won't switch on at all. Contacted the company twice and asked what I should do, but no response. Have given them every chance to respond before writing this review. Sadly product not fit for purpose.

Bought 2 Warwool heaters as the were advertised to save money on electricity… in actual fact they suck up more electricity than a dryer!!!!

Tried to return them, even agreeing to pay the transport cost and they wouldn’t have anything to do with me!

The product is defective and I'm having to go through Paypal to get my money back because Ecom7 are ignoring my requests for a refund.

I have bought 3 heaters and freaked when I saw these reviews. All are for Christmas but one was for me so I've opened it and used it and it works perfectly. Fingers crossed that the others do too!

This company promises 100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee, how and when I do not know.
I purchased a Car Watch Pro, which when delivered was found to be faulty. I immediately sent an email to them, received a notification of receipt, no further response. 2 further emails, the same happened. There seems to be no way to get any information from them on how to achieve a refund.

Since posting the above review I have now received a full refund.

Bought a Qinux drone the instructions booklet was different to the controller emailed them they emailed back wanting a photo of the problem they then offered a couple of solutions I then had a phone call from a nice lady anyway ended up with a full refund and I could keep the drone I am very satisfied with the outcome

this company is using paypal to scam customers you allow this to happen, take a look at the website and more importantly the customer reviews hundreds of cases just like mine now this needs sorting ban them from selling and please refund my £125, i believe i have enough information to take this further.

Oh got well & truly got caught on this one! Ordered the video door bell. Couldn't read the instructions as the printing was so small as to be useless. Specifications aren't clear & as far as I'm concerned is useless. However it looks a solid piece of kit though.

Update. I still can't get the doorbells to work even with their customer support BUT with paypals help they are refunding us.
Video doorbell x2, no chime unit, cant get to work outside house. Poor instructions and all attempt to contact company have failed. I received a paypal confirmation email. I have tried contacting them via email and live chat with no joy. They say they have raised a ticket and I will receive contact within 24 housrs. Still waiting. Couldn't get through on the phone. Cant find out any information about them or get any answers!!!!

I've purchased 3 Watmool heaters the delivery contained 1 Heater the other 2 where not delivered.

I've payed near €150 euro's this is a scam don't do business with those thieves
