I ordered a heater in mid September and was told delivery would be within 48 hours. My money was taken immediately but still no product and no communication.
I'd definitely encourage people not to order from Ecom7.

They have taken £69 out of my bank account, I have never heard of them, and I never ordered anything so just away to phone my bank. I am really angry I do not even know what they sell, I had to give one star to allow me to leave a review.

I wish I'd read these reports before I ordered. I got this for my mother to save on her heating bills and the heater basically fell apart after a few uses. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered my heater over a month ago and still haven’t received it. They said it was delivered and still haven’t got it. I have emailed and called numerous times and every time they say they are dealing with it. Absolutely awful service and I’m not even sure this is a legitimate business. Avoid at all cost!

Do not buy from this company as you will be ripped off completely.
Overly aggressive ad campaign, lying about product capabilities and quality. Multiple different ads with a different background story for the same product. Overpriced products that are sold alot cheaper and fair price elsewhere.

Misleading Web pages telling you of limited time offers that actually refresh every time you reload the page, putting pressure on you to buy the products while they are "cheap"

Little to no customer service, making it very hard to get your money back if you cancel the order.

I was lucky I got my money back, but I will warn others to stay away from this company if you want to save you money.

Very poor avoid making any purchase. I made an order in september which hasn't yet been delivered. Very difficult to make contact as in Hong Kong. Beware

Do NOT order from this company. My heater worked the first time I used it and then stopped working. I also have a warranty. I have emailed them but not heard anything and I don't suppose I will.

Bought 2 pro x heaters, one does not work the other is loud when on. I have emailed them over 20 times to return them for a full refund, which the add says you can if not satisfactory, same message comes back saying they will be in touch within 24 hours. After 4 weeks still not been in touch. Disgusting service, total scammers. Do not even think of ordering one of these heaters.

I bought a Car Watch Pro, it was damaged on delivery I raised an incident query with them. They are supposed to reply within 24 hours, 5 days later my query is still being processed. I think they're a scam and I've wasted £64.

I ordered 2 of the heaters and only one arrived I have contacted them via email on numerous occasions, all I get is the same reply saying as I have a large order they will be delivered separately, I would hardly say 2 of them was a large order, I escalated my claim with PayPal today as I have been waiting for 2 months for my second one, they have responded to PayPal giving a Tracking number with 17 digits supposedly for Evri who use 16 digits, although the one I received came via Royal Mail. This company sounds like it is run from someone's back yard shed, avoid them at all costs. The people giving them good reviews obviously work there.

I PAID £159 BGP FOR 5 HEATERS AND I RECEIVED NOTHONG.THEY GAVE ME FAKE RECORD,I CONTACTED PAY PAL AND AFTER 2 WEEKS ,PAYPAL CLOSED THE CASE AFTER RECEIVING FAKE RECORD FROM ECOM7 OF THE DELIVERY ,WHICH NEVER TOOK PLACE. ECOM7 PUT ICORRECT ADDRESS ON THE ORDER INVOICE. NOW ,PAYPAL ASKED ME REPORT MISSING GOODS WITH LOCAL AUTHORITY,AND ATFER THEIR INVESTIGATION, THEY WILL TAKE LUNCH AN APPEAL. THIS COMPANY IS A 100% SCAM. ECOME7 HAS NOT CONTACTED ME VIA ANY MEANS.THEY HAVE MY MOBILE PHPNE NUMBER.NOW I HAVE REPORTED IT,AND WAITING FOR RESPONE.THEIR SHOULD BE NEGATIVE STARS AVAILABLE.(SELLER TRANSACTION ID .OM136027GR8268606) FOR ECOM7.

My money back.
But I opened a claim in my PayPal account, and they investigated this company and refunded my payment. So I would advise anyone who paid through PayPal to do the same.
As for this company. They are absolutely 💯% scammers.
AVOID COMPLETELY.!!!

I have put a four rating on this review and a one rating the last time. This rating is for the administration staff that did the refund.
I am writing this just to let everyone know that I have had my refund from Ecom7. Of which I thought I would never receive.
It was put straight into my bank has promised.
So please please don’t give up trying to get yours if anyone is still waiting.
I was asked if I would like a refund or a new heater of cause I had the refund.
So please everyone don’t stop trying.

Where is my order it was placed 19th October and I am getting scams since I placed my order asking for money to complete my order

Hooray! I got my money back. I paid by debit card, you will need the receipt, and any emails from them and yours to them. Go to your Bank. Mine are the Champs Nat West. Brian Long

Beware fire hazard!!! I bought 2 of these heaters from Ecom7 Limited. Plugged in the first one after a few seconds there was a huge bang and smoke coming from the unit. Thank goodness for circuit breakers. The second one is still unopened. Now I am being offered
1) £20.00 to keep the units.
2) Free replacements.
3) Refund if I return the units at my expense.
This is after 2 weeks when being told a representative would be in touch usually within 24 hours. To me none of these are acceptable.

Ordered 2 heaters at £50 each and only one turned up. I raised the issue 6 times and I had no reply apart from an automated email telling me to click on a link that I’m not allowed access to! Rubbish thieving company !!

Having read up about how good this heater is and the difference it will.make to your electric bills I thought I would by buy one. Ordered and paid for, had a confirmation email with a tracking code. Have finally got it, and although it works to a certain extent it certainly does not heat a space up as quick as they would have you believe. It is a good idea that you can turn the plug round so you can use it in any position that suites your socket, but the display does not move so if you cannot have it vertical then you may have to stand on your head to set up what you want. Also there is no labels or manufactures identity on the heater, or the box, and also know certification that it meets the safety standards that it should. Lastly there is no customer services number to contact for any queries. So basically a scam so do not purchase as possibly the ones that have given it a good review, are possibly relatives of the manufacture.

I ordered two of these heaters, they took ages to arrive, one of them is not usable as the plug on the back is very loose. I sent an email to them and had a reply ticket received that was two weeks ago and have not heard anything since. Not a good company to deal with suggest people avoid them.

Much as everyone else - no paperwork to return to . Looks like a fraudulent set up - customer services do not reply.
