Ecom7 

i Bought this so called "wonder Heater " because the online advert for it states that it will heat up to 250 square metres in minutes, this is totally untrue. I live in a small flat which has a tiny kitchen 2metres by 3metres and it takes 30 minutes just to take the edge of the cold off. this heater is apiece of trash and this company should be dragged through the courts for false advertising.

I can’t get hold of them and I’ve just received one of their heaters. Would it be possible for anyone else to let me know how I can email them.

Giving them 1 star is over the top. Ordered after hype, wanted it for my parrot overnight, but on reading instructions it can’t be left unattended , got in touch straight away to return, now 5 times to all emails given, keeps coming back ticket issued someone will be in touch within 24 hours, nothing. They take the money quick enough, slow delivery to. I think I’ll be stuck with something useless for me. Didn’t see any of the negative comments, more fool me. Tried phoning on no given, didn’t even ring .Disgusting customer service, how is this allowed. Who do we report to now.

I ordered the Pro x heater through an advertisement in the Mirror online. It took more than 3 weeks to arrive and when I plugged it in, I realised that it's very noisy. They advertise it as being almost silent so I was immediately suspicious that I had been scammed.
I have written to the company asking for a refund but have not received a reply yet. I feel annoyed that I have clearly wasted £55 that I doubt I'll ever get back and have a heater that's so noisy I can't bear to have it on.
I wouldn't advise anyone to buy one of these.

i am still waiting for mine. i bought it on the 8th of oct. i was told yodel had it then yodel said they delivered it to a safe place. but i dont know where they put it because i cant find it anywhere. they tell me it was delivered on 17/ 10. but not at my house. my order no is. pre 302613-1 and my tracker no is JJD000230082842397. maybe you know where they left as it was not at my house. thank you

I waited 2 weeks for delivery instead of the 3 days promised. Thought I was being conned. I ordered 2 Ecom7 heaters and have not been disappointed. The heat given out is very good. It takes the chill out of my living room and if I switch one on 10 minutes before going to bed it warms the room. If electric bills are as cheap as advertised I’ll be more than happy to recommend this product.

My experience is please Don't buy this product it poor quality and dangerous. Do not buy and waste your money.

Bought two heaters and one arrived broken as plug was damaged and couldnt use. Cheap plastic and flimsy build not worth the money and very noisy when tried other one doesnt heat up room much, so not as advertised and sent faulty heater. Ive been trying for over a week to arrange returns on faulty goods and they are not very helpful send email but no details on returns and labels, and keep closing down ticket that is raised about complaint. So their aftersales are terrible as well as product. One star is too much for my experience with this company

TOTAL FAKE PROOF OF DELIVERY AS HERMES HAD NO RECORD - ALL LINKS TO HERMES CAME BACK - INVALID TRACKING NUMBER AND CONFIRMED FAKE TRACKING NUMBER

GOOD NEWS - PAYPAL IS INVESTIGATING E-CON7 FOR FRAUD - THEY PROVED IT THEMSELVES WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS AND POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING

SOPHISTICATED MARKETING FRAUD !!!! BUT WHY IS IT STILL ALLOWED TO FLOOD YOUTUBE AND SOCIAL MEDIA WITH ADVERTISING EVEN TODAY

Dreadful. Clever marketing pitch, but total fraud, I think. Ordered after seeing professionally made video on the internet, lots of nodding, and swish action with the story about an engineer who invented this heater. Since then, I’ve seen three more videos - each one claiming that a totally different person invented and developed this exact same heater. Since receiving the heater, I haven’t even used it as is made of plastic, and looks dangerous. Noted - there are none of the claims on the box / instructions that are made in the video. Trying to return it, just getting automated Bot replies.

After trying to buy a small heater online from this company my card payment was refused because I had inadvertently got a digit wrong in the cvc number on my card.
I gave up as had 2 small children with me and was going out.
However, within minutes received a text message from my bank asking if I had just organised 3 payments - one to ecom, one to mixedlifestyles and one to scalelifestyled! I responded that I hadn't. It took several phone calls and a substantial amount of time to sort this out. It is being treated as fraud and my card is now blocked! Thank goodness the payments weren't made.
How on earth did this happen?!
No confirmation emails from the 3 companies concerned confirming whatever purchases I was supposed to have made!
Obviously my details were obtained from ecom but how did all 3 manage to attempt to take payments when the cvc number was incorrect?!
Never again - I am sticking to Amazon!

I bought three of them but as many have already mention, this is a rip-off. One never worked. The other do but they don't heat a room in 5 min. It's a con.
Don't buy them.

Be aware. My home almost got burn down because of the faulty heater (if you can call it a heater). I am trying to return the item and nothing! Stay clear from them! Rip off. I’ve been sending emails and no one has contacted or respond to me.
One star is too much

We bought the ultra heat pro it is a waste of money and a rip off especially when you can buy them cheaper like ebay etc. It doesn't do what it say it only gives small heat out. I have asked ecom 7 to return it 13 days ago you get a ticket to deal with your request it still saying pending. I've emailed customer service helpline and they have not replied. So I guess that it £64 down the drain we also took 2 years warranty out with it. They are just scamming and ripping people off. Please people stay away from ecom 7 I just wish I knew off a away to report them and get them closed down its not fair they are going to be able to still rip and scam people out of there hard earned money.

The product, UltraHeat Pro, is a plastic garbage. the plastic buttons got stuck after using it once. The company does not respond to the complaints. I involved Paypal in getting my money back, but they rejected the case, since ecom7 claimed that I made the damage in the product. THe local customer protection agency should be contacted. They might be able to help.

Not fit for purpose. Don't waste your money. I've been trying to contact Ecom7 for the last 7 days to return my order, with no luck.

Received 2 heaters - one damaged due to poor protective packaging. Surprised that no reviews I have read have mentioned that these heaters do not display any of the mandatory electrical labelling which ALL goods sold in EU and UK must have, nor bear the Certificate of Compliance (CE) logo. In other words all sales of these products are illegal (and I can quite believe they are likely to be unsafe). I now intend to approach my own credit card company to pursue ECO7 and refund me my money. I would urge others to do the same - I have done this in the past with success (and don't be put off that the amount may be under £100 - there is still a safe-guarding process for ripped-off consumers).

Saw the heater advert so read reviews thought good BUT WHEN IT ARRIVED it was RUBBISH dont think it would blow a candle out no explanation how much electric it would use and what cost per hour ITS TOTAL RUBBISH AND A WASTE OF £55 POUND

Avoid this Company I ordered their Ecom 7 ProX worked for about 5 mins. moved it to my bedroom and then plugged it back into the socket in my living room it did not work and left a piece of the plug in the wall socket. I have emailed them several times all to no avail so £49 spent for a faulty product, I have asked for a refund but cannot get an answer from them. This is a crooked company.

Purchased an item for £46 and requested to return it 7 days ago. I am within my 14 day period of a right to a return under UK distance selling regulations. This seller does not respond to any messages and clearly does not wish to carry out the return. Although they are based in Madrid, it is of my understanding that if a business chooses to sell to another country, they must abide by that countries laws. Therefore, my right to a refund within the 14 day period should stand and this company are acting illegally. I would avoid at all measures. Furthermore, I'm not satisfied the item is safe to use which is the reason I have requested a refund and there is no return information or seller details within the packaging. It clearly comes from a cheap run company which only adds to my concerns that the item is unsafe and potentially a fire hazard.
