bottom line is they are crooks selling a dangerous and defective product tripped my fuses , they use an automated response program to deal with customer complaint which is as defective as their product they should not be allowed to trade in uk

I’d like to give this company NO stars actually. Bought a product, 4 x price on other sites, deluded by the advertising, does not do what it claims to do. Now struggling to get in touch for a refund. No returns form (or any form) in package… that says a lot!!!!

Ordered from them September 16th 2022. I received an invoice the following day and that was the last I heard from them. Sent several emails and seem to be ignored. It is exactly 1 month to the day I ordered and still no contact. As I went through PayPal I intend to get my money back. I would avoid this company. Their customer service is the worst I have come across in a long time.

Scam alert - remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.

Terrible Company, they are a total scam and don't deliver the goods.
Goods eventually arrived and the cams were absolute rubbish not as advertised. They reside from Spain and refuse to pay return postage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

O dear I should have read the reviews before buying!
All good until… I plugged it in and nothing, changed the fuse, nothing, sent an email and so far …. NOTHING.

If there was a zero I would give it a nil points! I paid £60 for this piece of junk. Rang them to say it was useless and they said they would refund me. I have not received anything and I have just mad multiple calls at premium rate on to be spoken to in French and then hung up on.

It looks as tho I'm joining the queue haven't received my Econ heater either. I googled the company and it looks like they went in bankruptcy last month. I'm never taking notice of any more YouTube advertising ever again

I ordered a heater from them when the delivery note came up it was an address in Scotland, not the one I had entered in Lancashire. I tried to change the address but it wouldn't let me I tried to cancel the order and it wouldn't let me. The phone number is engaged constantly so can't get through I have informed my bank they are scammers. BE WARNED

I read the previous reviews after ordering a couple heaters and wanted to cancel my order right off. However, I am glad I did not. The heaters came in good time. Ecom 7 kept in touch all the way through the process keeping me updated as to where my order was, even phoning to give me an update. I found the company very easy to work with and would order again if i ever felt the need.

Here I am another person conned!!!! My problem is why o why do YouTube allow such products which are clearly a scam?! So angry with myself but also YouTube..... So YouTube don't bother with advertising as I will never never ever buy anything advertised on YouTube!!!

Item arrived with a loose socket so needed to return it!!

This "heater", is absolutely rubbish, it gives off less heat than a hair dryer. Total waste of money. It wouldn't heat a telephone box.This kind of false advertising must be stopped. Do not waste your money on this junk.

The ads just popped up on YouTube. Two adverts back to back, one describes a schoolboy invention, the other a Jet Engineer. They can’t make their mind up who invented it so is obviously a scam! If it has taken the world by storm as described, why offer it at a 50% discount?

This company uses sly false advertising tactics to direct you the site and offer products described as top quality at half the cost when really it’s just cheap yay they are selling at double the cost you can get them anywhere else. Another company scamming customers in broad daylight.

Placed the order, but had to update my card app. before approving. I had an email immediately saying it seemed I'd had trouble with the purchase, so i retried approving the payment. The company took two payments and have not responded to my emails. Looks as though they have £260 of my money and I'm getting nothing. Thank goodness it was on a credit card.

Used the heater for the first time yesterday and am now kicking myself for having been conned so easily. We all know that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is ! It operated (cannot say it worked) for about 3 mins which was long enough to show that this was in no way what was advertised, so I went to turn it off using the control panel on the front, but as I pushed the button the panel attempted to disappear into the machine itself as it had become so hot the plastic was begining to melt. It was then rapidly switched off to avoid causing any real damage. I then started to try and find a returns address and complaints procedure but a big blank, so now having come onto this site all is falling into place and I can go and sit in the corner of my room wearing the 'Idiot' hat for a week. I have read the advert again very carefully and the warning signs are there as two recomendations state that it warms up a bathroom very quickly, but no bathroom would have a socket in it so they would have to use an extension lead! Just as dangerous as the heater itself. Please DO NOT under any circumstances buy this heap of rubbish as it is not only useless it would appear to be dangerous so AVOID.

I am happy with my purchase experience at Ecom7, the Heater Pro x arrived on time, and I am happy with its performance. I would recommend it

I have given this only one star as I can find any means to show less. Having been misslead by advertising I believed these heaters were German made but found out after having placed the order that they were made in China, had I known this I would not have placed the order. Currently only part of the order has arrived and am trying to make arrangements for return but all to no avail. They are of poor quality and unsafe, so, BEWARE, DO NOT BUY THESE HEATERS or for that matter ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Have tried their chatline but needless to say' no response' to my queries.
