Another scam victim!!!. Absolutely stunned that I fell for this scam... me thinking I was a seasoned internet user who can spot a scam from the other side of the world. Yes, it's Ecom7.com. Ordered 2 x heaters on the 13/09/22 without reading reviews. But I did read reviews on FB AFTER I ordered them on the same day. So went to email to CANCEL order. Ticket email received in seconds. Will respond within 24hrs??. No of course not. So emailed again to say it had been 48 hrs and heard nothing. Then I did... but was told by Plablo the order had been posted? but not to worry. Get in touch once I received the order and they would arrange a refund. So that is what I did. Emailed for address to return them to... and no reply after two emails. Searched for an address and found this another email which gave info for returns. Good I thought. So sent off another email using this URL for an return address only to receive an immediate reply - postmaster undeliverable. I would like to expose these scammers by contacting internet headline papers but so far not found out how.

15 days it took to arrive terrible Heater pro x considering it was in a package that said 48hrs?? I only stay in Scotland IT OVER HEATS I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND EVERY EMAIL I SENT WAS A GENERIC REPLY AND IAM STILL WAITING ON A TRUTHFUL REPLY

Total waste of money. It is a scam! My so called "heater" arrived, it blows tepid air, the remote does not work and it is very noisy. Totally False advertising! I can get no reply from the company. Please do not fall into the trap.

Ordered the heater pro x and unfortunately read reviews afterwards, as I wouldn’t have ordered it at all.It arrived late and it looked very cheap and nasty. When I tried to use it…nothing worked; the heater nor the handset. Absolute waste of money and after reading reviews I’m glad it didn’t work, as it was probably a fire hazard.Can’t even get to return it. Even the instructions indicated it wasn’t safe to use on many levels. Absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! You may as well just throw £50 in the bin and order nothing! You have been warned.

Ordered 2 x ProHeat on 18th September 2022. Still waiting 3rd October. They are enroute from China. Typically, I read these reviews after placing my order. I am getting emails from Ecom7 saying that they are trying to get in touch with me. I am missing phonecalls from Genoa in Spain! I have no desire to ring that number. I have no real desire to pay any import tax, nor plug these heaters into my sockets at home. I think I shall have to write off the £98 cost so far and put it down to experience. And read reviews first before ordering stuff over the internet. Doh!

Disgusting advertising as UK company when it's in Hong Kong SCAMMERS! The product arrived plugged in its red hot and doesn't cool down fan cannot be controlled neither can the heat ...emailed for a faulty return ...got a reply saying will reply with 24 hours later....5 days on and several emails still nothing.... Google need to stop allowing these companies to advertise as UK when they clearly are not! I purchased same kind of heater from B & M for £15 by reputable German company and its great....hate being scammed cannot afford to lose the money trying to make being warm more affordable....these companies cannot be allowed to keep getting away with it!!!!

I saw the review for this heater and as I needed a small space heater for emergencies, this appeared to provide the perfect answer. However, what I was lumbered with was a small heater that I could have bought much cheaper from eBay or Amazon, did not conform to its advertised content and seemed to be stuck together in a craft factory as opposed to a well-run business. I sent them an email and a reply was promised within 24-hours. Now, either this scam company doesn’t exist and Ecom7 is a boiler room buried abroad or their staff don’t know how to use a computer to send emails. 100% disappointed with this shower! In future, before I reply to online adverts, I’ll do my research more thoroughly.

Ecom7 have refunded me. Thank You Ecom7 for accepting your commercial and social responsibility and it’s fair that’s recognised here. Now, go one better and show the world your company has evolved and has products worthy of a 21st century organisation.

Still waiting for 2 heaters I purchased, no contact from Ecom 7,but money was taken out my account straight away not happy I don't have £88 pound to give away

I bought 3 x ProX Heaters from E-COM7.COM @ €59.95 each - only one of the heaters worked. I emailed this company three times to arrange to RETURN the two defective heaters as well as arrange a REFUND but got no response. The first time I email them I discovered the email address provided by them was invalid (the email address was under the Returns tab on their website)
Unfortunately, I fell for this SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered two x pro heaters 11 days ago. Never again. Can’t get in touch with anybody. Can only email as have chronic tinnitus and hearing loss. Like many only saw reviews the next day. I’m going to try the bank chargeback. I’m also going to write to trading standards and bbc on there rip off scams. Do not buy from this company. Shameful!

Delivery of my two Nexfan air conditioners was slow. The product doesn't perform as advertised, and I asked to return them. After a looong wait for reply, I was told the return period was 14 days, which had expired.
AVOID this company.

Orderd my heater for 49 pounds on 22 September and have still not recived it yet and looking at other peoples report either get it and it blows or you dont get any thing and no money back

An update to the comment below is that the other heaters arrived a few days later and after 3 weeks I have received a full refund.
Original comment: Another instance of ordering 5 heaters but only 3 arriving. Am concerned to plug them in so will be checking with my consumer advice as to whether they're safe and acceptable to sell in this country. Will also be speaking with my credit card company. Would not recommend to buy.

Goods avertised as from UK but tracking shows from China.....
Plug it in, wham bam loud bang and the unit melts ..their a typical China scam company peddling dangerous goods simple as that , avaoid at all costs and dont waste time on e mailing them , they duck and dive and then stop replying

It is a pity I had to pick one star. They don’t deserve that. A total ripoff. Paid $95 for Trimsher product that has not arrived and no feedback despite 3 emails from me. Tracking is useless. Says ‘In Transit’ but that had been 6 weeks now. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I purchased 2 Heater Pro 7's with free postage. I received an email from UPS to say they wanted £2 to deliver the parcel. On reading that the heaters are rubbish I have not answered the email as I do not want to waste any more money.

Looks like I've been taken in. Not normally one to fall for this kinda thing. Feel a complete fool & £59 out of pocket. SCUMBAGS !

Received my heater Pro X today
Having read the reviews,I dare not plug it in £49 down the drain, having an engineering background,it is so flimsy made of plastic construction,as we all know heat melts plastic say no more,the product is dangerous,and total rubbish, please don't get robbed like me☹️

I paid for one of the products on 18/09/2022, today is the 7th day of purchase the company did not give any information, follow up or tracking opportunity to me and I am yet to get what I paid for.
It is an unpleasant experience as I don't know when or if I will ever get the product. No correspondence from the company!

I've been dun!!! Stick to buying from reputable retailers in future. Will never trust Google to buy from again! shocking Google are profiteering advertising Chinese scams
