2 months still waiting… tracking info said item was in the UK, company says it was rejected at customs.
Don’t bother!

Bought a item from sent the wrong one and wouldn’t correct by repayment or send correct item offered a partial repayment keep away

This company is a scam. Please refrain from buying products from them. They've taken the photos of our product and use them on their website to advertise that they are selling it when in fact that is impossible as we are the owners of the patent and designs and we don't have any authorised sellers.

Fake company - Their website has disappeared, total scammers.

Boughton a pirate mug.took 6 weeks to arrive and the color is nothing like the picture said.also said it holds 500 mils.it only holds 230mls

I love how clearly it magnifies my face for precise makeup application! Cute cat shape adds a playful vibe and flexible 360-degree adjustment makes it super easy to position. Bright lighting definitely levels up my morning routine; my vanity feels more cheerful now.

Beware don't use PayPal or anything you will get 3/4 withdrawals out of your bank account. The minute the confirmation email gets to you it will automatically ad a different email and take your money. It happened to me please believe all I say, my husband is still at the bank disputing the charges.

Pretty cute design and practical magnification, flexible feature makes getting ready much easier, overall very satisfied.

They scammed me with sending a Chinese product. Showed me a fake tracking information website then when the product arrived the product was different brand was all chinese and was a kick-off.
I brought Roachbane from their site.

Never received my mug, and after 8 weeks I asked for an update and they immediately sent a 2nd mug...which arrived right away, but was not at all what was described or pictured (a 'giant' mug that was the size of a small coffee cup with the text (which was only one of the four words)
printed on, not embossed into the pottery). Offered me US$6 to keep it, PASS.

Absolutely awful. I was shipped incorrect and faulty merchandise. They acknowledged it but refused a refund or exchange. I would not recommend under any circumstances

item never appeared (sweary mugs + other things). tracking number didn't work. i escalated to PayPal and then mysteriously the delivery was sent, stay clear - not worth the hassle. mugs are fine but this took 2 ½ months.

Didn’t deliver. Came from China not Ireland and the tracking number doesn’t work, only on their link and it keeps changing. Scam!

Though I would just put in all the correspondence, there customer service is just as shotty
Looks like you screwed a lot of people on these mugs.
Too bad you don’t stand behind your product.

I wanted to buy 5 of their sweary mugs. Was meant to be handmade in England according to their website. Everything seemed to be fine, however I paid in US dollars via PayPal. Then when they first sent me my tracking number it was meant to be tracking an item from America. Then when I asked where it was they sent me another tracking number saying it was coming from korea with a different company. Then when I decided to dispute a refund via PayPal, they sent me a different tracking number with yet another company coming from Hong Kong. This afternoon my package was to be delivered however I refused delivery of said package and have escalated it further with paypal with most of my emails and evidence of all tracking numbers given. So hoping to get most if not all of my money back that I sent them. This was written 17.03.25 awaiting PayPal review.

Scam! I bought from them and got a defective mug and they refuse to replace it!!!! Beware!!!!

This company ships from China, and misrepresents their products and will make your pay to return the item at your expense. I had to issue a dispute with PayPal and wasted so much time, only to have PayPal close the case. A “jumbo” mug is actually a small mug; don’t be fooled, they’re another corrupt company looking to make a quick buck.

Ordered 2 jumbo mugs. I did get them but they will not even hold 8 ounces of liquid. I would hate to see the small. I should have known not to order anything on Facebook. 2nd time I was burned by Facebook. Never again!!!
