Shipping took forever and when it finally arrived, it was not like what I ordered.
The pictures make it look like the saying is stamped on the bottom, but it's just printed. It looks cheap and mass produced. Not at all like the handmade appearance in the pictures.

Took 2 months to receive. Absolutely, nothing like the picture at all. I threw it out. What a shame!

I waited 7 weeks to receive the mug I ordered. When it finally arrived, it was Not what I ordered at all. I ordered a Jumbo mug, what I received was tiny. And it was supposed to say ' shut your wh*re mouth'. The cup I received said ' shut'. This place is a scam.

-1 STAR. This company is a scam!!! I ordered in December of 2024 for Christmas gifts (2024) & it is February 13th, 2025 & I do not have my order! Every time I contact customer service which you can only do by email, they just tell me to wait & lie. I feel like a total dummy for purchasing from this place.

I ordered a mug on 12/19. Was given a fake tracking number on 12/22. Kept being told to be patient, be patient. Still haven’t received it. Filed a PayPal claim against them. It’s been RIDICULOUS.

As a gag Christmas gift, I ordered a egad-blue mug that said "Shut your wh-re mouth" on the bottom of the cup. It arrived a month later, and the only word written was "Shut." I immediately contacted the company, sent proof of what I had ordered and a photo of what I received, and asked for a full refund. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they did respond. However their response was laughable. They said that the "item dispatched...aligns with your original order." I replied that I did not order a mug with the singular word "Shut" on it, and referred them back to the proof I had submitted. They double-downed and bottom line: offered me $8 USD compensation OR I could return the item to China, pay the cost of shipping myself, and receive a refund. The cost of shipping would have been more than the item was worth so this was not an option. So I am left with a mug that is going into the garbage, and no refund. I only write customer reviews when I have experienced exceedingly good service or the opposite. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To anyone contemplating a purchase from egad-blue: DON'T!

I purchased 2 coffee mugs; they arrived and one of them was completely the wrong item. It cost 29$ plus shipping (each). They are refusing to refund me the purchase price even though I have sent multiple pictures of the incorrect item. They have offered 11$, then 16$, but not a total refund. They now want me to ship back to China. Awful company abc customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Like many of the reviews I just read, I purchased a Jumbo Sweary Mug in December. I was getting updates about the shipping process up until January 22, 2025, when the item made it to customs in Buffalo, NY. Then the updates stopped. I reached out to the company on February 5th and they got back to me relatively quickly and apologized for the inconvenience and stated that they would send me another one immediately. I received the package on February 10th and was super excited to open it. I originally ordered the “Shut your Wh*** mouth,” but what I received was “Shut.” I reached out to the company again and requested a refund and they offered me $5…This company is ridiculous!

Total scam. Items cheap mass produced copies of product description online. Nothing like pictured and obviously stolen photos. Wish I'd read the reviews first as I'm clearly not the only one.

This was the biggest waste of money. You will NOT get what is being advertised. You will get a tiny version of what is being advertised with it not even showing the correct words as advertised. ‘Shut your wh*re mouth’ was literally sent with just ‘shut’…. And that was after they failed to send the original order from their warehouse in Melville, NY. Now the company is refusing to issue a refund, and trying to negotiate the refund by only offering $5-$8 instead of the entire refund for the clearly defective product.

Scam. I received an order months after and it was definitely not what I ordered and when I reached out and sent pictures they replied with that's what you ordered nothing we can do which is wild since what I got is not even an option on their website so not sure what it's going on here.

BEWARE! Cheap, fake products - I bought an item (sweary mug) that was advertised from a small independent studio in the UK but it was poorly reproduced. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I ordered “jumbo lightning sweary mugs”. They arrived after more than 2 months and several email inquiries. Mugs were NOT as advertised. Mugs were very small (certainly NOT jumbo) and the words that appears to be hand-stamped on the inside of the “handmade” mugs are in fact an appliqué on a mass-produced mug. Nothing unique about this product. Huge waste of money. Took mugs straight to secondhand store. This site is a scam site as it has fake products advertised. On the site it pictures a woman making these mugs when in fact they’re mass produced in China.

Not what I ordered. I wanted a mug that says “shut your wh@re mouth” on the inside bottom. What I got was a tiny mug that says “SHUT” on the inside bottom. That doesn’t even make any sense. This was going to be a gift.

Ordered 2 coffee cups with a message in the bottom - received the cups all right but the "message" was not there. I wish I could send this trash back and get a refund. Very unsatisfactory

I say zero stars as much the same as others on here I stupidly bought a number of "large mugs" that turned out to be tiny cups that were a fake copy of the ones they actually advertised. Ordered before December received February!!!! Should have known ...so annoyed.

Do not purchase from this scamming company.

Find the real artist that makes the mugs.

Customer service is appauling ...no way to return so the "cups the size of a small child's you" are going in the bin.

Don't order from this company. Ordered a mug over a month ago. I have emailed them numerous times and am getting the run around" stating on vacation" and "updates" that show at the same spot for weeks! A total scam. I asked for a refund numerous times and am told it's already shipped. I call SCAM! This doesn't even deserve a one star. Don't order from them!

If I could give zero stars I would. They sent me a cup that was not what I ordered, and when I contacted the company they tried to bullshit me and offered me "3 us dollars"

My experience is very similar to someone else who wrote a 1 star review. I ordered a mug with a funny quote at the bottom. The tracking info took forever. It originated in China, got to the US, the updates stopped and it finally arrived. It’s a much smaller “mug” than in the photo, and only the first word of four was actually printed at the bottom. When I wrote customer service with a photo of the incorrect phrase on it, I got a reply saying they were all on vacation and would be slow to respond. This morning I get an email saying the mug is what I ordered so they won’t take it back but I can gift it to friends. Unbelievable. Don’t shop from this site.

We ordered two mugs with naughty sayings on the bottom. One of them was supposed to say Shut your W**** Mouth. When the mug arrived, all it says is Shut. That's it.. just one word. Totally unacceptable. I sent an email asking if I could return it for a refund, but I do not expect a reply.
