I have yet to receive the two mugs I purchased on January 3rd. I have sent numerous emails asking for the return of my payment! My next step is with my cc company.

Do not buy from them.
First I waited for over two months for a delivery. The seller kept sending me fake tracking links. When I opened a paypal claim,
I received an item that severely deviated from what I ordered.
Now they ask me to return to hong kong which is as pricey as the item. I‘m left with overpriced shitty mugs.

I ordered 3 mugs before Christmas. By February they still hadn't arrived. I contacted the company and they claimed they resent the, they still never arrived. They sent me to som Chinese tracking site which was useless. They company claimed they were deleiverd. I never received them. They refused to refund or resend. I tried through PayPal and they were no help whatsoever. This company is a scam and PayPal is enabling them.

Ordered a sweary mug with the engraving "shut your wh**e mouth". Waited ages for the mug to arrive only to find a print on the inside of the mug saying "shut". Was offered a 3 usd compensation at first, then 4 usd and finally a 6 usd. I've had an entertaining time writing emails back and forth trying to explain to some Chinese person (I assume) that I do not accept this compensation since the mug was bought for the sole reason of the text engraving and not for the ability to hold liquid. I realised and accepted that I had been scammed as soon as I opened the package.

Ordered 3x Sweary Mugs (Shut your wh*re mouth) before Christmas from "EGAD Blue". Sent bogus shipping information. Chased and was advised they would send out the order again. Order arrived after 2 plus months. Was not delivered what I ordered, mugs only said "Shut".

Contacted seller, offered minimal refund (like $8 then $11). Noticed the payment was taken by a TikTok Shop ("AOSGIRLSSHOP" PayPal)!?

Contacted PayPal, they advised me the seller was called "Larry Hot Trading Co". and that the transaction was $20 more than I had authorised (not sure how this is possible). PayPal raised a case and seller advised me a full refund would be given once the mugs were received back in Hong Kong.

Sent the mugs back to HK from the UK on a tracked delivery (PayPal kindly covered the cost @ £25) to the address given by the seller via PayPal. The mugs were then returned a month later as the address did not exist.

Spoke to my bank and arranged a Visa chargeback so that's how I got my refund.

Screw this seller for eternity, absolute con. I will have great fun smashing these pieces of sh*t.

PayPal are also complicit in enabling this scammer. As are Instagram for promoting their page.

Waited 2 months for the order to arrive, when it finally showed up, the cups are TINY and only one word printed on it!! SHUT. That's it. SHUT. I am beyond angry, and getting a refund has already been a nightmare!

Their product is poor and misrepresented in their listing. To recieve a refund you are required to send product, at your expense, back to China which costs more than you will receive back.

I’d give zero if allowed. Received a coffee mug that was incorrect. When I contacted them, I was told there was a problem at the printers and they would refund $5. I paid $39.47. I feel they shipped knowing of the issue instead of just refunding my money.

we ordered 4 mugs mid dec. they sent me some bogus shipping company's web page that had them held up in salt lake city (for literally 3 months!). i requested the shipping company's contact info. they ignored my repeated requests...
They kept telling me i'd have them any day - ANOTHER LIE
They said they shipped out a new parcel (SERIOUSLY, A ENTIRE NEW PARCEL?) & provided me the tracking info. (a different shipping company all together)... ANOTHER LIE
I paid $2.25 for shipping insurance & DEMANDED to file a claim, they ignored my repeated requests.

Ordered a sweary mug that eventually arrived after 8 weeks, it was supposed to say 'shut your mouth whxxe' but only said 'shut'. I have had to take the matter to Paypal for a refund. They are not American its a cheap Chinese scam. DO NOT ORDER their crappy product. They refuse to refund and expect you to return there faulty one at your expense, If I could give 1 star I would.

Like everyone else, I'd like to give it a ZERO. Do not order from them. I ordered at the beginning of January 2025. I just received the order today although they assured me it was coming from Las Vegas, Nevada to my residence in Canada, it should not have taken this long. As well, their (so called tracking) showed it went through the States to Cornerbrook, NF which is on the other side of the country (from both my residence as well as from Las Vegas, Nevada). They overcharged my credit card by over $30 and it took a lot of complaining on my part to get that part refunded. I told them numerous times to cancel the order; however, they kept saying they couldn't. Their grasp of the English language would also lead me to believe this order came from China, which is fine, just be upfront with customers instead of lying from the beginning. Lets talk quality. The "jumbo" sweary mug I ordered is smaller than a regular tea cup. It also says "shut". that's it. Just "shut". It was suppose to say "shut your wh@re mouth". Mmmmm. Why would I order a "jumbo" mug that says "shut"?? I have asked for a refund; however, if it takes as long to get that as it did to actually get the order, I may be in for a long wait. So, to end, I learned my lesson. Read reviews first and don't get caught up in the excited hype of order something online that looks cool. Good luck.

I've ordered 2 sweary cups on the 20th January and still waiting.these were for a good friend birthday which will soon pass. Email sent to chase with no response and feel that I have lost the money. Advert given the impression of fantastic customer service and quality customer service and I'm extremely unhappy as £60 pound is a lot to write off

COMPLETE scam. Ordered 3 mugs and it took over 2 months to receive. When they DID finally arrive, they are not even close to what is pictured!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would - I ordered 3 mugs through this company in December 2024 - it is now March 2025 and I still haven't received them. I have followed up with emails to the company twice and asked for tracking details to be sent to me now my order is 'in Australia', they haven't sent any. I was getting 'tracking details' until it got to Australia - now nothing. I have filed a PayPal dispute to hopefully get my money back.

Update - I finally received these mugs. They are not what is advertised at all. They are small when they were advertised as large. They are not hand made - the wording in the bottom is not stamped in how it appears in their pictures. They were supposed to be handmade in USA, they were sent from china. Buyer beware! PayPal did not give me my money back - so I paid over $100 AU for mugs I could buy at a cheap shop for less than $5 each. Absolute scam.

Month and 1/2. Still no mug. Chinese scammers. Save your money.

Ordered an extremely expensive mug, has been 'in transit' now for 2 months. No mug, no refund, supposedly based in America but speak like Chinese scammers. I'll be taking it to PayPal for a refund.

Fake company - have had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Their website has disappeared, total scammers

Wow I wish I had read these before ordering. I ordered on 20 Jan and soon received notification my package was shipped from Italy. After weeks it ended up at customs in New Jersey. Unfortunately that was the last it tracked and as I live in California I finally emailed the company on 26 February and they got back to me quickly to say I had the wrong tracking number. The new tracking showed it in China beginning on 23 February. Total bullshit and I will be having my credit card reverse the charges asap. I’m so annoyed because this was the perfect bday gift for a friend and I guess it just does not exist like they show in the videos. I also posted on their FB video and they removed my comment. TOTAL SCAM!! Editing my review to add - I found the actual artist in the UK who makes these on TikTok! This company totally stole her videos and repurposed them for their scam. The real seller’s name on TikTok is iddybiddytittyco but they are 45£ and always sold out!

Ordered a ‘shut your mouth’ mug and after losing the first shipment, I received the second which said only ‘shut’. Customer service would only pay part of the cost of returning the product despite it not matching the description and would not replace with the correct product. Ill be reporting this seller to every agency that I can.

I ordered 7 mugs and after waiting for over 6 weeks for delivery, they were the wrong mugs. They only offered to refund $5 on a $160+ order. I had to dispute charges with my credit card. DO NOT buy from them. It's a total scam!
