Ordered two mugs. After receiving them a month later, they were the wrong ones and not what I ordered.
I reached out to their customer service and they stated their manufacturer made a mistake and they are sold out of what I ordered. Long story short, they did not offer replacement and will only refund me if I pay to ship it back. The cost to ship it back to their China address is 5 times more than the product itself. I disputed with PayPal with no resolution. I will now have to dispute it with my bank. A total SCAM and horrible customer service.

Wish there was a negative 1 star for this company! They are fraudulent!!!!! I ordered an item on December 21st, on January 7th they sent shipping details. I tracked it for two weeks and then ended in Sioux Falls and never moved again for over a week. I emailed the company and they simply started they would send out the item again rushed. I got tracking info and tracked that one until the tracking info just stopped so third time is charm right? Well the item tracked to my city however due to inaccurate address on label was returned. So the emails started again but this time they are telling me I'll have to pay additional shipping charges for an item that never got to me and they made a mistake on. Please don't get scammed by this company!!!!

Scammers. You won’t get anything and they will stall and email and give you worthless tracking numbers to nothing. DONT BUY A DAMN THING FROM THEM!

TOTAL SCAM. It took over two months to get a mug and when it did arrive, it didn't include the words on it.

Complete scam. Took me filing a claim with PayPal to get any sort of movement on my order. Requested a cancellation and they refused. Got my “jumbo” mugs and they were teacups with the saying “shut” instead of “shut your wh$re mouth”. Filed another case with PayPal and they say they will refund my money if I ship them back. Shipping is insane to return. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!

This website is a scam. Purchased what was advertised as hand made unique mugs with funny lettering at the bottom only to receive low-quality factory made cups with a sticker at the bottom of the mug. Customer service is useless and offers very little compensation as if the only issue I had was that I didn't like the colour. Stay away, they are thieves.

Do NOT purchase from this company. It not only took two months for me to receive my items but it was the incorrect item. Only one word was on the tiny cup (listed as jumbo) and when I contacted them they only offered me a $10 refund! $10 after two months of waiting just to get the wrong item & then they want me to pay to return it! This is theft!! What a horrible HORRIBLE company

Wish I could give negative stores. I ordered a couple of these “jumbo” ceramic mugs for my friends and waited 6 weeks for them to arrive. They arrived with one word on them - not the funny phrase and they are more like espresso mugs. Their customer service is useless- they are insisting I received exactly what I ordered. It’s also interesting that I kept getting international customs updates with the whereabouts of my order but the ship from address on the package is Chicago, IL. Total scam. Do not waste your time or money!

I ordered a custom mug. The mug took a very long time. Once I received it, the yext on it only had one word on it rather than the whole phrase. I contacted them and they offered to refund a small amount of $8. I told them I wanted a full refund and they said I had to pay to ship it back to China and a new one could not be sent as they were sold out. Do not buy from this company. Poor service and poor quality.

What a scam!!! I ordered a "jumbo" coffee cup that was supposed to say, "Shut your w#@re mouth" at the bottom. What I received was such a waste! a tiny cup with the word shut in the bottom! I even paid for the expadited shipping and it took over a month for me to receive it!! I can't believe I was scammed so hard! That's literally stealing from me!

Definite scam. You know when you get weekly shipping updates and it takes forever to move around Australia that it is not coming or its junk and they are stalling. Never received product and am so upset it was a present for a friend.

I placed an order for 2 mugs. The amount on the receipt at check out was less than the amount charged to my credit card.
I filed a dispute with my credit card to have the amount corrected on my credit card.
The order took a month to receive and the mugs were tiny not large as described and the printed message inside was incorrect. The company will not refund unless I ship back to China. Total waster of time and money.

Zero stars.. This is a scam. Do not buy their products. Have not received my order. They claim not to be able to refund my monies until i receive it.. But pretty sure its not coming.. So then what? Save your money.

Do NOT order from thi scam company. The products come from another country and take over two months to arrive. When they do, they are literal trash.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The product, a ceramic mug with a funny saying on it that was allegedly hand-made, arrived with only ONE word of the saying printed on the mug, AND the stupid thing was two inches smaller than specified. They want me to pay return shipping to China (mind you, the Facebook advertisement said it was handmade in England, which was clearly a lie), before they’ll refund my $$$!!! They SUCK. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a mug that was supposed to be large with Shut Your Wh*re Mouth in the bottom and it only said Shut and it was tiny compared to what was supposed to have been sent. Just as many other people have said, I ordered on December 23 and was provided a fake tracking number and when I contacted them they kept saying it was being shipped but weeks and weeks passed before the tracking number was “updated” and when I received it today, Feb 15, it’s not what I ordered. Total scam company.

This company is scamming people. I ordered a "Jumbo" mug with the words "shut your whxxx mouth" at the bottom inside. What I got was a tiny, mass produced mug not even 3 inches in diameter with the word "shut" at the bottom. They stole $26 from me.

Do not buy from these. It took 2 months for my mugs to arive. The mugs you get do not look like the photos. Also they made an error on my mug and refused to make it right offering me 5$ or 10$ for something that cost 25. They said they would refund me if I sent it back to china on my dime and only after they approved it. Hard avoid these guys.

If I could give this no stars I would. Product was purchased and still not received for over two months. They make it seem they are from the US and are out of China. Multiple emails have been sent and mug is cheap and not what it is supposed to say. Company refuses to send a refund. Been fighting with them for over a month. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!
