Ordered 2 mugs. First, got a scam tracking site. Waited for a month. The shipment started in Australia , but I stopped receiving updates once it reached the US. I reached out to the company and they responded the next day stating that they see updates stopped, so they would send me a new parcel. I thanked them and asked for a new tracking number. They responded with a new tracking number and told me that they were going on vacation for 7 days and multiple emails might slow the progress….weird. The new shipment started in China 1/22/25. Hmmm. I finally googled the reviews and decided that it was for sure a scam! Today 2/5/25 I actually received the mugs! I was shocked! They are definitely NOT the homemade from a small business in the UK mugs that I ordered. They are pretty small and the font on the inside is different, so definitely still recommend you AVOID.

Absolute rip off merchants.

Item is a poor quality copy of the images online.

Customer service is shocking and I am quite sure the item was only shipped when I used dispute resolution via PayPal.

I ordered a mug for a friends birthday and i am so disappointed the mug has arrived and is NOT what I ordered. I ordered shut your (wh*&^) mouth and I got a mug that says SHUT. Now I will have to jump through hoops to return it and try to get my money back.

Total scam. Mugs have taken 2 months to arrive and are not remotely as advertised. Avoid.

SELLING SCAM KNOCK OFFS FROM UK ARTIST!

I purchased two mugs with the belief they were originals from UK artist.

When they've arrived, it's clearly knocked off and in onw case doesn't even remotely reflect the design..

Will be using PayPal to investigate if refund not provided

This is a scam company - lost 50quid bought on Facebook. Avoid!

Ordered a mug over a month ago. Only mug is me. Hasn't arrived. Chased and was told they shipped a new one but new tracking was for an item "shipped" 5 days prior.

Terrible service! Failed to deliver or help to find the delivery let alone refund my money. Auto response emails complete scam

SCAM SITE! Ordered a mug over a month ago and it was eventually "shipped" with a scam shipping company (tracking-hub.com) that just strings you along with false tracking updates. Also, notice all of the "great" reviews on Trustpilot are only a few months old and obviously fake. NEVER order anything you see on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement! Lesson learned.

I ordered 2 x mugs 6 weeks ago and am yet to receive them. Correspondence to their Customer service email goes un answered. I will contact PayPal for a refund.

I ordered a mug and paid for express delivery. This was one month ago. I've contacted the company and have been told to wait. Id like a refund on the product and delivery as it wasn't cheap

Fake! They are scammers. Luckily got my money back because of PayPal handling the case. Low lifers. Get a real job

They charged me far more than the amount I authorized and by a different company name so it was difficult to trace. When I contacted them more than 5 times no one answered other than to email an update from the package tracker with false information from another scam company. I had to go to my bank to cancel the charge and receive a refund.

Initial impressions were positive for this clever mirror and accessory; quality seems commendable. Packaging was neat and protective, though two-week shipping was slightly longer than anticipated. Overall, a satisfactory purchase experience.
