Bad as hell they don’t reply on emails…

Bad as hell they don’t reply on emails I needed to return my trainners I emailed so many times for an label but nothing its vern 5 days i ant heard from them and still im waiting, do not buy from this site.they ate not good at all.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible.
I made and order and 3 days later I sent an email to ask when they would be shipped no reply, I then sent another email and message on Instagram no reply but the 3rd time me send a long email to say how bad there communication was I then get a reply to say there happy to refund, I messaged back to say I don’t want a refund just some communication on when my order would be shipped, 9 days after making my order I receive a refund absolute joke. They should be closed down

Customer Service

So I actually found this company through an influencer I follow so I decided that it must be a good company to buy from! All in all my product arrived and there weren’t any faults or damages it was well packaged etc. The only thing ehheat need to work on, are their customer service I emailed and messaged them multiple times and never got any sort of response back I originally messaged them to know the whereabouts of my package and to say I couldn’t find any tracking number etc. The product I bought had no issues and was amazing! But they need to do better in communicating with their customers. I’ve seen an influencer talk about them saying they had great customer service, but I never received any? I don’t know if they only focus on influencers etc or if they never respond anyway? But if they do they really need to pay attention to all customers! This was my only downfall with them.

Don’t waste your time or money

Don’t waste your time. Nobody responds to emails. Website say shipping is 1-3 days. Go in to check my order days after confirmation and the status is has not been fulfilled… no response to email. Trading Standards will be looking into them

Trying to contact them for my order and…

Trying to contact them for my order and when it will be delivered but I’m getting no response from their instagram, email or WhatsApp number! Terrible customer service! These trainers were not cheap!!

We ask customers to allow 24-48 hours at most via WhatsApp or email during busy periods. We are glad your issue got resolved and hope you decide to shop with us again in the future.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. I did my research before placing an order and boy was I wrong on what I thought seemed a great company. Firstly the shoes arrived over a week late and in damaged boxes. None of my emails were answered and nor were many messages on instagram. Then I found the companies WhatsApp number on here where I had some luck. It was agreed that I would be sent return labels for both items I’d purchased and a replacement pair would be sent out to me due to one being of unsatisfactory condition. This was over three weeks ago and I have heard nothing since. I will now be taking this up with my credit card company as well as reporting to citizens advise and will raise a claim in line with my consumer rights. Considering the price this company charge for their products it would’ve been nice to have had some what of a satisfactory service and a resolution by now, having ordered well over a month ago. I hope anyone else also affected gets a resolution soon too. Ps please stop sending reminders for me to review your company, I’d rather have a response to my messages and my refund worth over £200

I ordered a pair of Jordan runners for…

I ordered a pair of Jordan runners for my daughter 01/12/2022 and as of today 24/12/2022 havnt received any replies or confirmation of my order ... these were my daughters Xmas present as they were very expensive . I have messaged on several occasions and just being ignored ... Apart from the expense of them I now don't have her main Xmas gift for tomorrow she understands as she recommended your site but I don't .... even a reply to say apologies delayed or estimated time of delivery but nothing ... so upsetting

Trainers great! Communication poor!

Ordered trainers on 4th Dec. I was expecting the trainers to be dispatched by 7th Dec. But received no confirmation. I emailed them and messaged on Instagram and received no response. I messaged on WhatsApp and was told the order was dispatched and I'd get the shipping details in my email later that day. Received no email. Chased up two days later on WhatsApp again. And then was sent tracking info for the parcel. Finally got the trainers. 10/10 for the trainers. Absolutely love it! But 1/10 for EHHEAT's communication and customer service. Definitely won't be ordering again due to the poor customer experience.

Ordered my daughter trainers for…

Ordered my daughter trainers for Christmas however I had chosen the wrong ones and wrong size so needed to return
I did get a very quick response back via email with the returns address as this isn’t on the website
I returned back via special delivery on the 29th November
However all emails and WhatsApp messages have since been ignored
about when I will be refunded.
Now left waiting and worrying if I’m going to be able to replace her Christmas present.
