The box the shoes arrived in was in a poor condition, it was a gift so a bit annoying. The communication regarding delivery/ when the shoes will come also wasn’t great. The shoes arrived with some glue marks etc too. I was given a discount code for a future purchase as an apology

Good product. Poor communication!
I am happy with the product and it is as expected. The only issue I have is the company’s communication. There is no contact number to chase up any queries. I had no email response and an instagram response came way too late. The website states that items will be shipped within 3 days of ordering but we did have a fair wait with no updates and a real lack of communication! When you are paying a lot of money for something also, I expect to be able to contact a company easily to stay updated on my order.

Regarding your order, we ask customers to allow up to five working days for dispatch during periods of heightened demand. From your order, we can see it arrived on the fifth working day, following your order being placed. We recognise this may be longer than anticipated, with usual orders arriving within 1-3 days. Disgraceful service and STILL no refund
Whilst my trainers were delivered very quickly getting a refund for them as been nothing short of disgusting. I have sent them back special delivery to the address finally provided (was hell getting this out of them as well and the Jubilee weekend blamed for this?!). The parcel has been signed for but nobody has acknowledged the return and despite sending several emails a day for the last 12 days nobody has replied and I am still over £320 out of pocket. Totally beside myself with stress and worry and still awaiting a response and most importantly my refund.

First of all, we'd like to apologise for any stress caused. We offer a 14-day Refund and Exchange policy, which we honour from the initial customer request. Following your request for a return, we informed you that due to the Queen's Jubilee weekend combined with a bank holiday, causing the temporary closure of shipping couriers, a small wait would be incurred in your order reaching ourselves, so that the refund process could begin.
After receiving your order, we informed you that following ensuring the items in your order were returned in the condition they were sent in, your refund would be processed within seven working days. Following your enquiry via email, we contacted Stripe who told us your refund had already been processed and should appear in your account any day, if it has not already.
We apologise for any stress caused in the delay in reaching your account. We'd like to stress this was a rare occurrence relative to it being the Queen's Jubilee, combined with a bank holiday. We hope you decide to shop with us again, so we can demonstrate the great service we're known for.
