No response to emails or any other platform for refund
I ordered a pair of trainers and have requested a refund in which I sent emails to two email addresses off their website but both emails weren’t delivered. I then sent a message via WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook and had no reply. All I’m asking for is a returns address so I can receive a refund.

This is the second time I’ve bought shoes from EHHEAT. I was initially unsure on ‘GS’ sizing so I bought both sizes, and returned the pair that didn’t fit! Definitely choose a half size larger for GS shoes. Delivery has been fast for both my orders.

My husband ordered a pair of Yeezys for my birthday and 3 days before it I logged in to try and trace the order to find it had been cancelled and a refund issued with no notification or reason! Terrible service

I am updating my review although I had problems with contacting Ehheat they finally resolved my problem after months of trying to contact them. I have finally received my refund. Ehheat has offered me a £25 goodwill gesture on my next order.

We apologise for the lack of communication. Our email address was temporarily down, meaning we initially did not receive your email requesting a return. After contacting us on WhatsApp, we processed your return, and have subsequently agreed to provide you with the refund requested.
Our return and exchange policy is valid 14 days from when the customer receives their order, which we adhere to with every order. We understand your stress in not receiving an initial reply to your email, and we'd like to again apologise for this. We have provided you with a £25 off code for your next purchase should you decide to shop with us again.
We are glad your issue is sorted and would again like to stress we are always compliant with our 14 day return and exchange policy.

Hello Jakub,
Regarding your order - the first order you placed with a PayPal was flagged as fraudulent via our website providers. This was then followed by a PayPal case from the PayPal account owner who also flagged it as a fraudulent transaction. Thus, we automatically refunded and cancelled the order.
You then placed a second order using a different PayPal account, from which the same occurred (Order flagged as fraudulent). We subsequently also refunded and cancelled this order.
Both orders were instantly refunded and cancelled, with the money being returned to the concerned PayPal accounts hence why the orders weren't shipped.
