The paw print necklace I ordered for my mom is absolutely beautiful. Her dog Dudley had passed away and I wanted to get her something so she was able to see him any time she wanted. The picture quality is amazing and I will be ordering another necklace very soon!!

I ordered a bracelet similar to this one awhile back from another company..
This bracelet is for me, I lost my husband and son and this is a way that I can carry them with me no matter where I go.
I received the bracelet whole lot sooner than anticipated..
I will ordered a couple of more bracelet for friends who have lost their loved ones.. I know they will be happy because they like my bracelet's so I know they’ll be happy with their own bracelet.

I want to start by saying 5 stars really isn’t enough to give them. This company has GREAT customer service and I feel like that’s hard to come across nowadays. I bought a bracelet for my mother’s birthday and she loved it. I definitely will be ordering again. If your second guessing about ordering from them please don’t you won’t regret it.

From beginning to end, I rate 5 stars. The communication was great the whole time, each step. And when I received it, the bracelet with two memories, is perfect. My sister and I are giving it to our mom for mother's day, and I can't wait. The pictures of my sister and I with our hubby's are so precious in front of a light, glowing on the wall. It really does emirate well. It's gorgeous and exactly what they say. Thank you so much for helping us girls give our mother the best gift.

Stay away from Elegant Eternity. There are competitors worth trying. You can even find similar products on Amazon, sometimes cheaper. It's worth trying because Elegant Eternity is not a company that takes any responsibility, nor does it provide adequate customer service.
Shipping their products is not something they are proficient at and they take no accountability if your product is lost or delayed. They promise a certain delivery timeframe and then absolve themselves of any responsibility if it isn't met, not caring if a customer's Christmas presents for instance is delayed.
They use the postal service, which is probably cheaper than couriers that have a better tracking system and track record of better delivery.
When reaching out to inquire, a delayed response just states that the product is on its way and will be delivered -- days after the expected date, and, frankly useless at this point. No effort to make it right or take accountability.
They just don't care. Tell your friends. heck, tell your enemies even, stay away from this company.

I ordered for xmas and now it say order can't be found and no one has contacted me back. Bad company scammed I feel

I’ve ordered from this company a few times and each experience has been great! They always keep me updated on my order status, and my orders arrive within the promised delivery window. Will be buying ALOT if Christmas presents from them.

Not only did my mom love her necklace but the support and updates I received throughout the whole process was unbelievable. From start to finish I was updated every step of the way up until the point I received my package. Kudos to you and I will definitely be back for the holidays!
