I made my review previously about italian scam and unproffesional company. I'd like only say I recovered my money back with support my credit card issuer. I didn't heard I'm sorry from them, I'm not surprised. So my case is closed. I'll never recommending this company and will avoid everybody. My bad was I didn't read reviews.
Don't trust EM LINEAMOTO
I've been waiting for the bluetooth headset I ordered for over 2 months. And I never received any positive reply. They just always said that they are waiting for more information. There must be something wrong with this company EM LINEAMOTO
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!
After waiting a couple of weeks for the delivery, two knocked about boxes finally arrived. The items within where poorly padded and came with some scratches and bruises. Worst was that items also where missing, but no previous info about it. After requesting info, I got answer that the missing items will be sent within a week. At the same time, we cancelled another order that also wasn’t delivered.
After waiting for the missing items for six week and waiting for our money back for four weeks on the other order we still haven’t seen or heard anything from them. The only response to my weekly emails is a standard automated answer (I get the same answer on whatever I ask!):
”Hi,
we apologize for the wait. We are waiting for some information to answer. We will send you the details of your request as soon as possible.”
The missing and cancelled items are not just nuts and bolts, it’s items that cost a couple of hundred Euros or more each so not getting them or the money back hurts.
So even if the items looked as a bargain at this dealer it would have been both cheaper and quicker to buy them at a local store at a higher price.
My only hope now to get my money back is to go the legal way with a Cardholder dispute through my credit card’s company

Took my money. Never shipped my Leo Vince exhaust. Never. Didn't answer emails. Then told me they were on holiday for two weeks. Then after months told me the package looks like it was destroyed in shipping. They probably shipped a big empty box so it would be easily destroyed and assumed the item was lost. After 60 days, my credit card company doesn't do claims. These guys are just thieves - it looks like most people who deal with them get ripped off - the rest are probably fake positive reviews.

I ordered a PLO1171CAM -Givi Sidecase MONOKEY Trekker Outback Honda CB 500 X 2019 on the 5th of August with a delivery time of 8 days.
Today it´s been almost two months and I have only recieve one reply from them to all my emails and calls saying that it will take longer. I think two months are enough time to make the refund of my order or at least inform me of the situation.
I have no other option that to start a legal procedure with the Unione Nazionale Consumatori in order to receive my money back in case I do not receive any anwers.
Worst experience in online shopping ever.

1st question how i can give them 0 stars or less. It's looking like italian scam, they didnt offer you millions of money but real parts, which never been delivered. No contact, only one response about delay and end of contact. AVOID THEM ALWAYS. no apologies, no cash back, NOTHING. order placed 23 of july and all gone, order gone,money gone. Forget about this company. No respect for others.

If I could travel to Italy I'd enjoy meeting these thieves face to face because I would enjoy getting my money back. I paid over $800 for a Termi slip-on exhaust they claimed to have in stock. It's been 8 weeks since I paid and I get an automated email when i follow up advising me that they are waiting for information. They close my requests for information and they will not give me a refund. Do not use this supplier this site is a scam these people steal your money and get away with it. Stay away.
Good product but...so...slow
Have a read a number of bad reviews and completely understand as they are pretty frustrating. Put in order at the beginning of June with notice that "Shipping is expected within 8 working days from this moment". I just received the product (beginning of August). Communication was okay. They would respond to my increasingly impatient queries within a day. Response was always: sorry there's been another delay. I nearly cancelled the order but really wanted item, so waited. In the end the product is great but they really need to work on customer service. Don't tell people shipping is in 8 days if it isn't going to happen. All this does is upset a lot of potential return customers

Please do not use this company, I placed this order on the 18th June, was told shipping within a week, this keep changing, but only when I chased them, never any info from them, by the 21st July still no date so I cancelled the order, this was not acknowledged, so I sent another the next day, same again, a few days later I sent another message and was asked why I wanted to cancel, I explained as it was now too late and the time had passed for the use of these items, then 4 days later I get a message saying they have been dispatched :-). To this day no order has been received and I don't have my money back £241. Please please please do not trust these people, I am dealing with someone called Mauro who has to be the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with lol.
