Terrible customer service. Almost seems a joke (or a scam)

I bought and paid for a helmet from EM Lineamoto. Sent them an email to confirm that they had received the money (paid through bank transfer) and got a reply from them stating that they needed some more information and would get back to me afterwards. I thought nothing of it and moved on. After a few days I sent almost the same email again, because no-one had told me anything since the first email. Got exactly the same reply again. Then another email, and you guessed it, the same reply.
I finally decided to cancel the order, as I was not getting anything (either helmet or info) and I noticed that the icon on the issue ticket of their website changed to reflect cancellation, which I thought was a good sign. I sent them my bank details, so they could make the transfer. Still waiting on that transfer of course, and I can almost bet that the email that I sent yesterday, asking where is my money, will get a reply on the lines of "we are waiting for some information...".
Price difference between this site and FC Moto or a local retailer for the helmet I purchased was around 50€, but it really is not worth the hassle if one is going to be treated like this as a customer. I don't think I'm going to buy anything from them again.

ORDER DIDN´T ARRIVE

I PAYED THE ORDER, THEY SAID 8 TO 10 DAYS DELIVERY TIME, ASKED THEM WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THE TIME FRAME, NOW THEY DON´T ANSWER TO CALLS, THEY DON´T REPLY THE EMAILS, JUST PREDEFINED MESSAGES, THEY TOOK MY MONEY, YOU CALL TO ENGLISH OPTION AND AN ROUGH ITALIAN GUY ANSWER AND SAY HE DON´T SPEAK ENGLISH, STAY AWAY PLEASE, I THINK I´VE BEEN SCAMED

Order payed, no goods received.

Ordered an exhaust system in April. Still nothing. Contacted them several times and they gave me new dates “next week”, “after the weekend”, “during this week”, “thank you for your patience “ etc. It now been four months and they stopped answering. Asked for a refund, but no answer. I now had to open a PayPal-claim. Stay away…

I ordered and paid two pairs of Givi TN2145 but came only one pair

Edit: Seller contacted me and apologized for troubles with my order.
They immediately refunded the money for missing piece in package.

I ordered and paid two pairs of Givi TN2145 crash bars in total price 259,11€. Delivered was only one pair of Givi TN2145 crash bars.
I don't know what happend with my order numero 1958, data documento 19.7.2021, cliente CH535.

I'm sure the exhaust Ive ordered is…

Update: Finally made some contact after they have seen this review. Turns out they don't have any stock of my item and it won't be in stock til September. Have been offered a refund but upon accepting the offer there has been no contact since and that was 3 days aho. The order is still processing.

I'm sure the exhaust Ive ordered is great and exactly what I want however, I'm yet to have any knowledge of its existence. The item is 4 days behind from dispatch and I have not been able to make any conductive contact with the company. Communication is non-existent apart from the same automated message I have received on numerous occasions when making a support ticket. Otherwise I have no contact beyond that. I would love for you to contact me so we can resolve this issue and so I can get my exhaust that I have paid over $1000 for.

Poor customer service!

I ordered an akrapovic exhaust for a nightrod on 08/06, it stated 4-8 working days delivery. I’ve emailed a few times, even though it shows product in stock, each time I get a polite reply back saying there waiting for info from depot, i last emailed on18/07 stating if product is not dispatched in a couple of days, I’d like a full refund, I am still waiting for a reply 6 days later. Even with a refund it will cost around £50 in exchange rate fees.
WHY advertise products as in stock and dispatch times if there not in a position to do so. Very poor service in my opinion!

08/08 - I never received any more correspondence from the company, but I have had a full refund under ‘section 75’ from my credit card company. I do not know if this was an isolated incident , but since reading reviews, guessing probably not. Save yourself the hassle and avoid the company, poor!

Beyond appalled

Beyond appalled. I read the bad reviews, I knew there was a risk, I made the mistake of giving them a chance given their cheaper pricing. It is not worth it - pay a little more to support a reputable company.

I was promised my order would be shipped 15-20 working days from time of payment. It’s now been 47 working days I.e. 3 months. I haven’t had any proactive contact. No notifications. No indication of whether I’ll ever get my (pricey) order and I can’t get a response from them.

I am so disappointed with this seller…

I am so disappointed with this seller they promised to deliver the goods I ordered from them in 8 working days, this did not happen!! tried calling their land line number but these were not able to pass through the ordering department, they said this has to be by email, so I did email them several times and they were very late in replying, then they promised me that this will be sorted after a week but nothing happened, I emailed them again and no reply, lucky I ordered through pay pal, and was able to be refunded my 650€, and only received a reply from them only when pay pal requested the cancellation of the payment!! This seller is not to be trusted on delivering your goods on time…stay away, their customer service and value are NIL!!!

Very unscrupulous seller and liar.

I made an order in this store twice. The first order for the amount of 1000 euros came, although with a delay. After the payment, the store managers take a long time to answer questions by email or do not answer at all. But the biggest problem came with the second order. According to the rules of the store, they must send the order within 20 working days. When 20 days had passed, the seller said that the goods were still not shipped and the delivery was delayed and offered to cancel the order. I agreed and asked to make a cancellation. After that, the seller stopped responding. I have already sent three letters with a request to make a cancellation, but I still have not received any money, although it has already been 30 working days! They also do not respond to emails. These are not scammers, but this is a very dishonest seller. I am forced to start a dispute and return the money via PayPal.

Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE ZARD EXHAUST

Ordered a Zard exhaust for my Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE; Firstly what a fantastic bit of of kit, these boys know how to make a quality pipe. It's Italian, it looks great and sounds even better. It's Italian.. it's made to order and takes a while... we're British and we left the EU and the extra paperwork and import delays took longer than making the damn thing in the first place. None of this is any of the suppliers fault and despite my borderline harassing emails to Mauro of EML, his communication and updates were superb. My only complaint would be the website indicated this item was in stock and ready to go (wishful at best.. I've bought Termignone and Akrapovich systems fro other bikes and appreciate it's rarely off the shelf....) and to be fair after mentioning this EM 'moto changed it on their web page almost immediately. All in all for stuff that originates in Italy and if you're fully aware of duty/import fees etc. then EM Lineamoto are a good outfit that will do you right. And cheers Mauro for entertaining and responding to my overly-eager email chasers and for the top quality item that arrived... ;)

New Customer becomes repeat customer

With the Covid crisis many of the Canadian distributors do not have stock. Due to this I started looking globally to find products that I wanted. This is the third order this year from EM Lineamoto and I am currently looking at placing a fourth order. Shipping takes longer but the fact that you can get stock (and your prices have been comparable or cheaper makes me a repeat customer.

I was after the Nolan n100_5 helmet

I was after the Nolan n100_5 helmet. I'm in Australia. The importer does not bring in the whole range of graphics available on this helmet and unfortunately for me that included the graphics I wanted. Advice from the importer was it would take 3-6 months to get it. So started the search for European dealers who would post to the land down under. As you may know everything in Australia is so damned expensive. After scouring the internet I found EM LINEAMOTO. What a pleasure to deal with. After including GST/VAT and postage it came in at below the cost of purchasing the same model helmet here...and the 3-6mth wait through the importer was reduced to less than 3wks from initial order to delivery. I am very impressed with this retailer and will order any further gear through them. Well done EM LINEAMOTO 👏🖖
