My delivery took a little longer than expected but the company was great about checking in and giving status updates. When the item finally arrived delivery was seamless and the item was exactly as pictured with no damage. Drichsen in customer service was particularly helpful throughout the process. Would order from Emma Mason again.

Their pricing is highly competitive and I received proactive, personalized updates throughout every step of the process including tracking links for full transparency. When the original delivery company delayed shipment for nearly a month due to our rural location, Lourdes immediately intervened and arranged a new carrier. The furniture was delivered and assembled within a week! She even followed up afterward to ensure everything was satisfactory. Lourde's dedication and responsiveness should be the standard for customer service. I purchased the Theodor Alexander Nova bed, canopy. This bed is beautiful, heavy, well made and exactly how I pictured it. From start to finish everything went smoothly, well communicated at every turn and the white glove delivery was amazing. I have a sleep number bed, these guys helped to raise that bed in order to fit this frame. Totally went out of their way and I probably set them back but their willingness to help make this perfect meant everything!

After the initial order cleared the status updates and communication was top notch. I never had to guess about what was happening or when to expect delivery. White glove service was as expected and no issues with any of the items delivered. Everything arrived in pristine condition

Everyone was great with keeping us informed of where our purchase was and when it would be delivered. It was assembled quickly.

I found a piece on line that I fell in love with - but it was outside my price range. I saw it offered for less with Emma Mason so I put my faith in it and purchased. The entire experience from start to finish was impeccable! How many times do you order something on line and the company calls you within an hour offering any assistance. I opted for delivery with installation and the communication and Leo the deliver and set up person was friendly, fast and took the time to show me each part of the piece. I am thrilled!

Emmamason delivered my furniture, I must say I was impressed, the dinner table wood was exquisite, the price was affordable for such a classy set, No scratch great products in all.

The only thing was the time for delivery, it took a long time but I was informed of the progress every week, which made it less stressful for me to have to be calling.

We found our Ashley name brand bed for almost half the price of any other retailer. No defects, great communication for tracking and delivery, and the delivery crew set it up for us. Will be ordering from Emma Mason again!

I ordered a beautiful fireplace! The staff at Emma Mason were always in touch with me to ensure the whole process went smoothly. Jade Tecson was so helpful and kept me posted throughout. The two gentleman from white glove service did an excellent job ensuring the fireplace was delivered in perfect condition. I highly recommend!

Nadir followed up with me every step of the way and made sure the ordering and delivery process was seamless. Our new furniture arrived in perfect condition and the delivery team assembled it in place and assured that the recliners functioned properly. We also saved about $1,000 over the 'sale price' at our local Ashley Furniture store for the exact same furniture!

Communication throughout the ordering and delivery process were great and the couch arrived as ordered and in perfect condition, ahead of schedule by a few weeks too! I can't vouch for the longevity of the furniture yet, but the process of buying and receiving it into my house was painless thankfully!

Great communication. It was always clear what part of the process we were in, what was going to happen next and when. The confidence was above and beyond what I have had from other furniture shopping experiences. Made me feel very confident in buying from emma mason. Items were delivered in perfect condition.

Don’t purchase anything from this company!! We purchased a piece of furniture. The furniture was delivered at 10pm. Upon checking it we found the drawers to be defective. The delivery team stated they could take it back. We agreed an no video was required and no papers signed. Emma Mason was contacted. We were informed that there would be a return charge (delivery and restocking fee of 70%!!!!) We asked them to contact the furniture manufacturer and request a replacement, or a full refund. They refused. We contacted our credit card company and they challenged them as well. EM stated it was in their policy and no further action would be taken. So for a delivered defective product that we only saw in person at 10 pm we got a 30 % refund on the purchase. Multiple personal conversations with their customer service department was only met with one lame excuse after another. This company knows we can take legal action or report them to the Federal Trade Commission. This doesn’t intimidate them. They are running a modified scam operation and all reading this needs to take note
