Dricksen was the best! I was kept apprised of the entire process with timely notifications. Her title of success manager is very appropriate! I was a little nervous ordering furniture online from New York to be delivered cross country to California. But the entire process was flawless. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and the delivery service was top-notch. I will absolutely order from this company again with the caveat that Dricksen is assigned as my success manager.

Great company to deal with, they kept us informed all the way though the process and answered all of our concerns. the delivery people did a great job with the delivery and set up, would defiantly buy from them again!

Great, reliable customer service

My delivery came a day early, which was nice. I was contacted 30 minutes prior to the delivery as expected. The men that delivered my item worked quickly and followed through with all the white glove service promises. They were also very nice and friendly.

I was so excited to find the office furniture I wanted at a more reasonable cost than what was offered by the big box furniture store in my area. I had to wait a couple weeks for delivery, but it was SO WORTH IT! Jade has been my customer service representative and kept me informed as to the progress of the shipment. She arranged for a fantastic delivery service that was truly white glove service. I highly recommend Emma Mason to you all!

Loved the overall experience. Customer service was amazing. Had to make changes to the order (color) and they called me immediately and made the change. From order to delivery took 4 weeks. Would highly recommend them.

The couch was delivered about 8 weeks before it was first expected. The in house delivery was about 15 minutes into the delivery window by 2 very pleasant young men. The new couch seemed to be in very good shape.

Staff communication was fantastic. I received texts and emails all throughout the process. The table I bought was on back order and I never worried about whether they forgot about me or were giving me the run around. They were also very responsive to questions.

My order came quickly and I was kept updated on the delivery schedule. Kevin and David came right and time and meticulously assembled my tv unit. They were very thorough. My item came in perfect condition and I’m very pleased.
