I did a lot of research before purchasing this console table from Emma Mason. Not only did they have the best price but the buying experience was a pleasure thanks to Fiona. She promptly answered all my questions and processed the order for me. I will definitely consider Emma Mason the next time I am looking for furniture.

I was having trouble with the website being slow and the coupon codes uploading, not sure if it was my phone but customer service via chat and on the phone was very helpful and not rushed. Sydney and Sean waited on the phone until I received the email confirmation even. Nice change from usual customer service you get.

I'm so excited to be adding to my Beach Craft Wicker collection! When I discovered my original vendor no longer carried the line, I thought I was out of luck finding matching pieces. Thankfully, I found Sean! He was incredibly helpful and patient in guiding me through the special order process. From our first conversation on July 27th to finalizing my order on August 18th, Sean's communication was top-notch. I've never experienced such dedicated customer support! I'm eagerly anticipating the arrival of my furniture and have no doubt it will be perfect, thanks to Sean.

Update 9/30: after waiting excitedly for weeks, I discovered that the pictures/descriptions/titles on web pages are not necessarily indicative of an actual item. I was so disappointed to receive something other than what I saw on the site. ‘Kick rocks; you should’ve known’ that it wasn’t really a desk even though the word is definitely used in the description and that’s definitely how it is portrayed in the pictures. The item I ordered is not accurately represented and I got something I wouldn’t have purchased at all.

Sean was a most pleasant customer service personnel representing your company well. This was ordered on Sunday, usually when most online companies are not available, and this was certainly a plus!!
