Dinning table and Chairs

I ordered a dinning room table and chairs, I spoke to Greg several times while I was looking online at the table, he was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped make to process easy!

Emma Mason: Samantha

Emma Mason has been such a great company to do business with. I changed my mind for my order and without hesitation they got to work making sure my order was changed in a timely manner. I worked with Samantha who was courteous, kind and patient. She answered all my question as was sure to confirm my new order. Thank you all!

Don’t buy from Emma Mason

Don’t buy from Emma Mason. I had a terrible experience with this company. First order I placed for two chairs was not filled because the chairs were discontinued even though they were “in stock” online. I ordered a second set of chairs only to be told days later that they could not deliver to my area unless I was willing to pay $200 more for delivery (in addition to the $100 I was already paying). Awful service and inaccurate information when placing orders.

Excellent Customer Service from Samantha

Samantha was so helpful and courteous. I had a lot of questions as I was ordering from out of state for delivery to a third state, and she was able to answer everything expeditiously. She also remembered me when I called a second time to place the order.
