So far, I'm having a very pleasant experience.
Anko has been really friendly (but also very professional) and helped me on finding a room in a short notice of 3 days prior to my arrival at Barcelona.
After a super friendly virtual visit to the room, the contract arrived really fast, and everything else went smoothly.

I am absolutely satisfied with the way my apartment was arranged. Diego was always able to answer all my questions, helped me a lot and accommodated me in many ways. The viewing of the apartment was also prompt and quick. I would be happy to do it again, thank you Diego!

They are good. Prices are maybe a little bit high than private, but you have the security of a company. I have been followed by Mike. He's awesome. For everything he answer immediately even on weekends.
I had a problem in my room and the day after it's been fixed.
Super fast and with Mike you are sure that you don't have to worry about anything of the room/flat.
I arrived in May and thanks to him I get the room on the same day, with fast burocracy.

Sam helped me searching for a room that suited my needs and the took care of all the renting paperwork, making it a seamless process 🙂

I am writing this review because Enter helped me with my issue. My bed was in a bad shape but when I reported it they immediately sent a person to give me a new one. Gaston was really nice, although we didn’t speak a common language, we could solve the issue with my bed. It is a pleasure to have such a fast assistance for my problema! Thanks
