Great service.
It wasn't the cheapest door, but it's a great door. They communicate well throughout the process, from initial contact to a site visit for measuring up, choosing your design, installation and aftercare.
We'll certainly consider them when we have our windows replaced.

ERG installed 8 very nice windows and composite door for us. The quality of the maintenance free internal finish, by their joiner Gordy, was excellent! A very good company who will deal with any queries or concerns you may have promptly. We would use them again without hesitation.

Fabulous service and the 2nd time I’ve used ERG in 6 months, 1st time had a new front door installed and this time French doors on my summer house.

from phoning customer service about a replacement conservatory to sales team, surveyors, fitting team and the cleaner, everyone has been super helpful, listening to my requirements. Everyone turned up at the specified time - apart from the fitters, who I was expecting after 11am, and they were here at 8am. That is not a complaint it was brilliant service. Have used ERG before, I will use them again, and will recommend them to anyone who asks - without crossing my palms with silver!

Quick Install and ahead of time.
The fitter turned up ahead of time, decided not to come through the house with dirty shoes on and cleaned up after a quick install of the new door. All good.

In January, we had ERG replace a widow with sliding patio door. The standard of workmanship was excellent and we must particularly commend both Ian and Donny on their conscientiousness to the work. Very pleased with both the work and standard of finish.

I recently had 3 new windows installed by ERG, and have been really pleased with the entire process. The installation was carried with minimal disruption and to a very high standard, and customer service has been outstanding throughout. Many thanks to Brian who helped me through the process and provided the quote, and to Donnie who installed the windows - I'm sure the old house presented some difficulties, but the results really are superb.

I would like to take this opportunity to put on record how extremely pleased my husband and I are, not only with the quality of the windows and door but also with the smoothness of the whole process from start to finish. Particularly, I would like to say a big thank you to the superb team who fitted everything - Alan, John and Keiran. They were very professional, friendly, and their workmanship is outstanding! I was prepared to have to do some touch up decorating but there is no need to at all.

We recently had composite front and back doors fitted by your company.
Everything was done to a high standard and in a professional manner.
The two workmen were very polite and hard working.
The Forman went through all the details about the doors and gave us tips on keeping them in tip top condition.
ERG gave us a good deal on the doors and even due to a cancellation we had them fitted early.
Follow up to see if everything was done to our satisfaction was excellent.
All in all a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone that needs replacement doors.
Oh and they were cheaper than others that we had estimates from for the same doors.

All members of staff we dealt with were courteous friendly and efficient.
No criticism whatever.

Apart from having to wait several months to have my door fitted I'm delighted with the final product and the customer care. The door fitter drove for 3 hours in snow to fit my door and was here for 8 hours in terrible weather. Remained cheerful throughout!
