I suppose it's not easy
I suppose it's not easy (and less in Spain) to find a spare part for a tumble dryer. It was unclear where the company is based and between Friday and Thursday I didn't get any feedback wether they were sending or from where and when. Got it on Friday, so all's well that ends well.

The rubber seal you said was for my washing machine wasn't, and it broke when I installed it. I think that model has different part numbers depending on the year of manufacture, and you don't mention that. So the result of the order was: a very long wait to receive it and over 30 euros down the drain. Thanks a lot!

The product had no protection inside…
The product had no protection inside the box. It arrived with bumps on the casing and the condenser. The product works properly but could have arrived damaged.

The part was exactly as described and…
The part was exactly as described and fitted perfectly delivery was fast.
The only issue was the delivery company failed to actually deliver (or even attempt )the package and instead left it at a collection shop without any prior notice.
