Repair for beko fridge freezer door
This is a weakness of the fridge. It is the second handle support that broke in 10 years. The part is expensive for a small piece of plastic, but it arrived quickly. I got two in anticipation of another one failing,

My freezer drawer front was broken
My freezer drawer front was broken. Not e spares fault I suppose. Also my daughter may have ordered the wrong item as it didn't match up to the original drawer front.

There is no need to return the order, you can keep it or throw it away.
Please send us the model number and serial number indicated on a white label or nameplate on the machine to recommend the correct replacement.
In order to send the order again, a new shipment should be generated.

Great source for replacemdnts
As I had the appliance code, it was relatively easy to find the replacement drawer for our fridge freezer. It was delivered relatively quickly and works very well. Pleased with the service

Reshipment of merchandise due to damage in transport
I am waiting for the merchandise to arrive again because the first time it arrived damaged due to transportation. They haven't caused any problems. They have answered and attended to me at all times. Very friendly and professional.

Companies in Disguise with no responsibilities.
I do not have my order. It was passed to the Spanish courier company SEUR, but SCREWFIX (NOT ESPARES) got the delivery address wrong and so the parcel couldn't be delivered. (Correction: It turns out that SEUR merely used the this as an excuse for their lack of interest in making the delivery.) It was then to be sent to a pickup point, but it still hasn't arrived 6 days later. I cannot make a complaint to SEUR because they were not the ones paid for the delivery service.
