After selling customer service

I order Hoover pieces to Spain but the courier lost it and never delivered the pieces.. the after selling customer service was fantastic as they replaced the pieces..

Purchased a spare for Kenwood cook…

The item was received in not perfect conditions (little marks of shock on a side of the item). Not fault of seller, but I can't be completed satisfied with the purchase.
Update 06/14/24:
eSpares contacted me by phone and offered me a partial refund for the damage on the product. The customer service can only be described as excellent.

Replacement Timer for Dualit Toaster…

Replacement Timer for Dualit Toaster arrived about 1 week after order placed. Came from the U.K. to Granada, Spain.
The timer & shipping fees cost about 3 times the RRP if purchased in the U.K. but that was worth the expense as the toaster is now fully operational.
